I’m with you when you right! Just because a man has money doesn’t mean he will share it with you. Smdh you could have a man making $40,000 who will give you ever dime to support you. You could have a millionaire who wouldn’t give you a dime. It’s about that persons character, morals, heart and their work ethic. Also I’ve witnessed so many people who make six figures always broke because they don’t know how to manage their money and living above their means. I’ve also seen people who make a little above minimum wage and having to work multiple jobs here and there but doing well and living comfortable because they know how to save and manage their money. Sometimes it’s not about how much you make but more importantly what you do with your money. My African and Hispanic friends definitely taught me sooooo much about budgeting.
Trades around me don't pay jack. Austin Texas. Been looking at becoming a RN and someone showed me of government data that shows nurses make $41hr in Texas. Compared to beating the crap out of your body for $25hr.
There just aren’t enough healthy functioning relationships in the black community. Black women can’t even mention money and financial responsibility without being labeled a gold digger. These topics are discussed in other communities. There are expectations on 401ks, retirement etc. We are screwed . High drop out rates and a lot of our kids can’t read and do math on grade level.
Nurses have a bad rep because of how these current nurses are on social media. I’m disgusted by the rep that nurses have now because of these types of women. Nursing used to be a professional and well respected career. Not anymore.
The women who complain about AVERAGE earning men annoy the HELL out of me. I just wanna jump through the computer screen and shake them! They are blind sighted by the disingenuousness of society's false standards. If only they can see the selection of GROWN boys that are in my area who look for women to take care of them.....
