I should start returning to this game, I have 2 accounts, because for some super awkward, every few months my game switches from one to another, although at least I get a free 4000 gems in the process (10000 when it first happened)
Sometimes when you want a specific hero, it gets more unlikely to roll them. When I want a hero, I never get it. Only when I do a random roll one day when I got over it.
Yeah people can spend 200k+ gems for a single hero, and other people (like me) can get an op hero like cosmo in 1 450 or free roll. But I guess thats what luck is xD

Rolled Cosmo, Grimfiend, skullknight, death knight, prof ribbit, cystal wraith, warlock, grizzly reap, and snowzilla. All on a no legend account lol. On 0-100 REAL quick! Lol. Almost better than my main account that i've been on and off for nearly 6 years so so.
The only problem I had in hire heroes was that, before, legendary was pretty uncommon to get like, it wasn't that hard to get legendary,but now, it's really hard to get legendary, you mostly get rare or common which SUCKS

The Faction you use also dictates what Hero's you get. I use the Oracle Faction almost all the time, which I then just get Oracle Faction Hero's! If I went for the Saint Faction for a while, I am most likely gonna probably get Saint Faction Hero's. Faction is one way on doing it. Strategy might be another...
