They’re also legally required to comply with U.K. law. Where they clearly overstepped the mark and saw fit use pressure to stop you going about you’re lawful business you’d be well within your rights to refer this incident to a no-win-no-fee solicitor for purpose of pursuing a civil claim for statutory damages.
