I used to work at a supplement store and if someone was serious about losing weight I more or less steered then away from fat loss supplements. If I suggested anything it would be yohimbine as there seems to be some promising studies on its ability to help burn fat, but obviously not without a calorie deficit and some physical activity...if I remember correctly yohimbones effectiveness was someone based on pulling carbs as well.
Would love to hear a video also on pre-workout supplements if you haven't covered them. Mostly the pump products like Citrulline, glycerol, etc etc. Worth the money?
Citruline will provide gnarlier pumps but at higher dosages than what you usually find in run of the mill pre-workouts. I go for 8g pure citruline not malate and it's definitely noticeable, added bonus downstairs btw. Sodium Bicarb is ok(better than beta alanine imo) but if you overdo it your gonna have a "volume workout" on the crapper...

400mg caffeine + 400mg theanine (split dose if your tolerance is low) 500mg green tea extract 2g carnitine (ideally split into 2-3 doses) That's about it for daily supplementation that clinically affects fat loss, and you have to cycle caffeine to keep the effect, 4 weeks on 1 week off is good for most people. There's a lot of stuff that might maybe possibly work, but if you want to stick to the RCT and meta-analysis vetted stuff, this is about it.
