I can't imagine how much courage and strength this young woman must have had to get through her parents' passing and at the same, figure out how to run the family business. This would make an amazing movie!

I am new at this. Worked for an attorney 25 years but I love your cupcake video. I need to be able to see the tips better. When I say new I mean just over a month working for a major grocery store.
I’ve made your sourdough starter. It’s about day seven watching your MasterClass I take the amount you recommend with yeast and two flowers and water and need it and put it in a bowl to rise for 30 to 45 minutes at that point the dough is very tough. I’ve tried it three different times, and never seem to get it to double in size or barely grow, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

In our family we cannot eat gluten from all flours except Khorasan wheat. Do you bake a sourdough bread with Khorasan/Kamut wheat? I am attempting today my first loaf from a video.
Easy answer: She doesn't eat ALL that bread. She just eats some of it. Lesson here: You can eat or drink whatever you want just don't go overboard with the quantity. ;-)
@vanessa She is an avid cyclist (there’s a video of her cycling around Paris). Her family all look fairly slim so genetics can also play a part. I’m sure her job is super stressful and active too.
