Love the lyrics. Simple but very touching. In my younger days I always hated being Hmong/Asian and not fitting in with everyone else around me (from Canada, not US, so there weren't many of us) but as I got older learned to be proud of my heritage and appreciate the struggles our people have faced. Now, living in another country with even fewer Hmong and not fitting in here either, I appreciate so much more who I am.
We should not compare singers or people in general to say which one is better. Where does it begin or where does it end? Everyone has their time and place. Everyone is doing their best.
