I don't think even 0 recharge time 0 cast delay was ever intended, they just created a bunch of different stuff which do different things and let the players figure out how the recourses they made can be used
This has really strong "working computer inside of Minecraft" vibes. Noita may not be as accessible as Minecraft, but in my opinion, it's just as innovative and revolutionary. Absolutely awe inspiring
I've been having fun playing noita for the first time these past couple of weeks, but my only problem is it feels like all of the wand builds end up being the same by the time you get to the main boss. It's always some spark trigger machine gun something or another. Or just something that explodes. I feel like there's not enough variety unless you force it on yourself.
@@Rain1 It is easy to stick with your go-to wands. If you haven't already, you might try to accomplish some of the late game goals like the sun quest or the 33 orb ending. There's also several other bosses that almost require different wand builds to beat them. Beyond that, there's still nightmare mode, which is super challenging. You tend to be lacking good trigger and timer spells and the enemies have a lot more health. At least to me, it feels like you have to make more creative builds to survive.

That's a cool use of requirement spells; allowing you to easily add or remove a chunk of spells for just 2 spell slots. It would be cool to have a teleport wand for the distance between holy mountains for breaking the reroll machines.

Noita devs knew what they're doing. (Which is, not knowing what they'll be causing) They made a game of almost complete freedom for the players. That is players can discover exploits and break the game however they like, as it's all in the realm of the sandbox possibilities of noita and its special engine. Its like they planted the seed, but gave the players the means to grow it into whatever they want. Unlike most games and their devs, they deliberately created a world they themselves don't have complete control over. In fact whenever a bug or exploit is discovered, the devs would face the decision "Is it *too OP or game breaking* for us to interfere and remove/fix/nerf it?" And rarely do they answer back with "Yes." Without spoilers, examples of times they did interfere cuz it was *too broken* of a discovery: -A certain spell combination could give you infinite extra hp hearts. -A certain mechanic allowed you to duplicate your perks infinitely. -A certain potion could make it so that you could beat the game while killing everything in your path, and finish it without ever killing anything. Simultaneously.
Who the hell, how the hell, what the hell, why the hell. Lol that's my reaction looking at the wand. I'm legit surprised anybody could come up with such wands.
I remember older versions had quite a few weird bugs because of engine limitations. AFAIK the addition of all-seeing eye fixes a lot of them. Basically you could get load errors before where the game would repeatedly load all physics objects in the chunk over and over, creating a crash-loop. Now that'll only happen if something goes catastrophically wrong :)
From Letaali, the person who designed this wand: "all seeing eye expires differently from other spells and maybe loads unloaded chunks? This part isn't very clear but it works and we are happy with that. It also expires on frame 62 always so no need to worry about that."
I know I already asked one question but I want to push my luck here; does projectile repulsion and other similar effects make this wand build impossible to pull off properly? I tried it a few days ago whilst having picked up some of these perks and it didn't work. It might be that my wand had an always-cast attached to it, but I couldn't find a wand with 26 slots at the time without one.
If you have repulsion field apparently putting long distance cast at the front of the wand instead of luminous timer will fix it. This is what the creator of the wand, Letaali, told me

А ещё иногда в нг+ эта палочка при телепортации в святую гору, может разнести её, оставив за собой лишь фон.

Just wait until you see the advanced way of use that spell that just creates a hundred wand ghosts, automatically instakills them, and leaves all the wands in one neat well organized line for you to inspect.
So, I glanced over the link to the wiki real quick, but it was a lot to read. Can anyone offer a wand build to JUST get through the cursed rock on the cheap, or at least to take, maybe 100 dmg or so? I'd love to pop over before Snowy and get an easy HP fresh after the mines. Yes, I'm a Jobroni. Alternatively, I could probably figure something out if I knew the diatance of the damaging area.
Very useful for stacking perks to absurdity, as only loading the holy mountains reduces the engine load for each PW. Shockingly easy to reach engine max HP by stacking Extra Healths.
No need to take it for a demonstration video and corrupted hearts are poisoning you for a while. I don't know the damage numbers, but if he had picked up all the corrupted hearts, it might have killed him. Bad in the middle of a demonstration video :P
If you mean the greish heart that spawns just after taking the corrupted red orb, it applies poison which drains your health. In a normal game it can't really kill you, but in NG+ and higher it will kill you. In any case, you don't need to pick up the heart to gain the bonus HP, you just need the orb.
How do you even get more divide by spells? There is one boss and one diamond so how do you stack them? The variety of tp wands is irrelevant since every single one requires 2 of at least 1 specific divide by. Edit: I cant get any of the wands to work. Edit 2: Its a complete waste of time unless unless you can copy it 1:1 so the tech is virtually worthless.
This is old so I'm sure you've figured it out by now but visiting some hell shops can get you the divide by 10s. they're kinda rare tho so you might have to travel a parallel world or two

But why the all-seeing eye spell? Would the world be dark when you teleport to a parallel world? It's an odd addition, I don't see the use of it 😕
