Hello, i just bought same AC as of yours 1ton window 3 star Hitachi. Yesterday my air swing was working and i was able to control fan speeds while cooling mode was on. But today, cooling is good but i am unable to get swings on from remote. I am unable to slow the fan speed as well. Ac runs at its own fan speed. What to do?

You are running it on Auto mode, change it to cool mode for fan to work
