Sure. What both have in common is that people won't make an effort to get to know you. On Tinder people tend to swipe left or right, aka say "yes" or "no" to you within seconds. So, the value that you are adding to the other person needs to be clear within seconds. It's the same with Twitter. People won't make an effort to get to know you and you are missing out on potential followers, if it is not clear what you profile is all about
