This season on Tamar & Vince, the couple is under pressure as they try to keep up with Tamar’s ambitious agenda. With Vince by her side, Tamar launches her first headlining tour, works on her next album, and co-hosts a talk show, all at the same time. They struggle to find balance between work, marriage and parenthood, and with stress at an all-time high, the couple argues more than ever. We all know it's easy to hide your flaws and problems behind a person like Tamar. She's loud and her mouth does get her in trouble. But he is stubborn, at times cruel and definitely controlling. It was a toxic relationship that needed to end.

Tamar seemed so defeated here. Vince showed no compassion. He barely listened. He didn't care about Tamar's feelings. It's a real shame. My heart went out to Tamar in this clip. She looked so sad and at her wits end. His demeanor to her in this piece, was totally hostile, sarcastic, uncaring and more. I have seen him in other episodes act similarly. I wondered what his deal was. Good thing shes away from that level of disrespect.

To be all the way real. Tamar is right. You can't mix business and pleasure. Things get really complicated, issues arise and it's hard to separate the two. Especially when your married to your manager.

Vince is passive-aggressive. Which isn't good. Tamar speaks her mind and Vince doesn't like it. They both go about communication in the wrong way. Tamar needs to tone down a bit and think thru her words so she can phrase them better. Vince needs to be more upfront.
I like the balanced view expressed here. Its NEVER just on one person when communication is a multi-person dynamic that requires ALL parties to involve to see what it is they are doing and to set forth the standard by which they want to be treated. You get what you give. But sometimes what's given wasn't warranted.

I believe Tamar. Vincent in the same exact setting said get another manager I’m cool with that. Then he says after “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” his actions don’t back up his words and he was saying it just so he could say he said it, he wants to control her. He feels like he made her and it seems like he doesn’t want her to succeed without him or without doing what he wants. My auntie said this when Love and War came out and I didn’t believe her. She said “you know why that album came out right?” And I was like well “Vince said she wasn’t ready to put out an album and it came out because she’s ready now”. My auntie said “Nope! She gave him what he wanted, a baby!” I was like “LIES!” She was right though. He is so controlling it’s scary! I truly believe he would mess things up for her if she didn’t do what he wanted. Not trying to excuse the things Tamar does but we all could CLEARLY see that the women on The Real and Tamar working on The Real really made her happy. Leading up to her being fired Vincent made it known to Tamar on Tamar and Vince and also on The Real that he wanted another child. Tamar wasn’t on board with that and also Loni said she was looking for a new manager and was scared to tell Vince. Two things Vince clearly was not or wouldn’t be happy about. All of a sudden she’s fired from The Real and she doesn’t know why?! Come on man! That’s not a coincidence 🤷🏾♀️ it’s sad. I’m glad Tamar is finding happiness!

I remember Tamar sharing about her Abusive relationship she was Married before Vince, and went through abuse verbally an mentally. That's the pattern how can you excel forward with someone controlling, manipulative, abusive, etc
Seems like Vince became bitter and revengeful towards Tamar, after he leaves at weight, but before he was kind of calm and funny. Having difference of opinions along with different personalities, it seems like they grew apart after Logan an Vince weight loss. Moving forward but not together it would be great to see Tamar get back on track and get therapy about all of the above, childhood abuse as well as Marriage Abuse an other things she needs to get healed and delivered from. She definitely has a calling on her life spiritually, an a gifted artist.
Tamar was with Vince for the lifestyle. She got her career when it flourished, she was like thats it. She wanted him to work with only her, it was constant jealousy. Then when Vince had financial troubles she threw him under the bus instead of being by his side. She was out. Tamar is alot to handle, and dosent like the truth and Vince do have some wrongs in the situation too.
The reason Vince got fired by those other artists was because of Tamar. She was always fussing that Vince wasn’t focus on her. She had said several times she only wants him to work with her. She finally got what she wanted. Now she dumps him when he’s in money issues.... 🤷🏽♀️

I've been binge watching TB's shows, and she can definitely suck the air out of any given room. Ughhh!!!🤦♀️. HOWEVER... VH is no picnic to live with either. He was very dismissive towards her pov, flippant, rude, and showed no respect towards her as his wife and even less as his client. And that's on camera. Imagine what it was like behind closed doors. Either she got worse AFTER she became a household name, or he knew what he was getting into when he met and got with her. Either way being together must've felt extremely exhausting. He was so argumentative, so that probably didn't help the relationship either.
After watching this....he might be the reason why she was fired from the Real...cause she is right Vince was controlling!

What people don't understand is that the average manager gets cussed out way worse than a relative that manages someone when something isn't right. Right or wrong that is the nature of the beast. A manager takes direction they do not give directions, suggestions yes, but not directions. However, if you're new to the game and need someone to show you the ropes you may have a manager that tells you what to do. She's been in this game for a minute now as an artist. She knows what she does and doesn't want. She seems to be very hands on. This is why once a person knows how the industry works they switch to a manager who can take them farther and knows how to navigate the ends and outs, but also knows they are an employee not the employer. When your manager is related to you or a significant other they tend to treat you as if you work for them and boss you around but the artist is their boss. This is why people in this situation end up butting heads. Once you give that power away it's hard to take it back.
