Minor correction: the yardrat origin for the virus is a fan theory. Future Trunks explicitly stated that the virus ravaged the Earth, and Goku was unfortunate enough to catch it. The whole reason he has a cure to give to Goku is because there was a worldwide effort to develop one. It's also highly unlikely that Goku brought the virus back with him, since he wasn't the first person to get it or die from it.
It has never been confirmed, as far as I know, where it came from. All Trunks says is that there is no cure in the present, at least in the English manga.
I actually would love the series if its about vegeta not goku. Imagine a main character who causes problems due to pride, yet has to learn and grow over time. Better than just "im the main character, derpy doo!"

A part 2 for this what if would be neat. I'm guessing Goku and Vegeta will get Grade 4 SSJ and get close to SSJ2, but need the trigger first like Gohan did. Gohan and Future Trunks could get Grade 4 SSJ, and both get SSJ2, because they have a trigger now. I would like to see remake of Goku joining Raditz, but also a new part for: What if Trunks died instead of Future Gohan? What if suggestion: What if Gohan went SSJ against 2nd Form Frieza?

Here's an idea for future parts. Vegeta asks Bulma to make her saiyan armour design to be the same as the one he wore as he first turned into Super Saiyan. This would be a reminder for his long awaited vengance. Also the medicine was widely distrubuted in the future, meaning the virus was earth bound. Goku would still get the virus.
I think that Goku and Vegeta should achieve SSJ2 in their training. They don't have a weaker fighter weighing them down this time and they also have gotten way more training in their SSJ2 states.
Vegeta steamrolls dragon ball, they are both much stronger, raditz is defeated and most likely killed, nappa I'd say would be as strong as canon vegeta due to more zenkais without vegeta there, so yeah.... In other words, nappa would be obliterated without issue, the ikari form would probably be unlocked as a result of mastering the great ape, no kaioken, no spirit bomb. There's no reason to go to Namek since nobody has died yet (except maybe krillin against tambourine, but he'd be too strong for that to happen most likely). Here's the three scenarios. The worst-case scenario. King Kai never contacts earth about frieza headed their way, and they all fall to the might of the emperor. The second worst-case scenario. King kai never contacts earth, but through zenkais and plot armor (gokut23 style which i say with disdain) they manage to place the emperor on the backfoot. Except what happens is that frieza destroys the planet with everyone on it. Bright-case scenario (the one we're going with) King Kai contacts earth and they all start prepping. Currently, I'd say there'd be four saiyans. Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and trunks (trunks would be conceived earlier due to vegeta being much more accepting. Basically go the DB Sai route without trunks replacing gohan.) Here's the Power levels (Pre-HTC) Goku (he'd also be known as kakkarot in this timeline due to the presence of vegeta) would be at 30,000 (ikari would place them at 300k) Vegeta would be slightly stronger at 32k (320k in ikari). Gohan would be at 300 (they'd still get the warning from Raditz, who's as strong as Nappa was in canon). So they'd likely train Gohan, although, beyond a couple spars here and there, he's very inexperienced and didn't get nearly the same amount of training as canon Trunks would be at 500, due to bulma being much more open to her son training. Okay, now for the fun stuff. Goku trains Gohan so that he can learn ikari, and not wanting to be outdone, vegeta follows suit. The tree of might movie takes place right before goku heads off to namek, in the movie his power level is 10k (Which actually checks out with the zenkai boost). Granted its a movie and its non canon, but its the best we got. Through Gravity training at 100G's he gets a 9x increase over 6 days. 365 divided by 6 = 60.8333 (we'll round to 61) 61 x 9 = 549. 549 divided by 10 (due to reduced gravity) = 54 round up to 55, and given the extreme conditions of the chamber, I feel maybe a 65 times multiplier will be suitable here. Note, Gohan and trunks will be getting three times that boost to their potential and having a strong training partner. Extra note, vegeta here gets a slightly higher boost due to trunks being a stronger training partner than gohan is for kakkarot. So he'll get 66x Post HTC1 - Goku - 1.95 million Vegeta 2.11 million Gohan - 58.5k Trunks - 97.5k All of the above know Ikari and can turn it on at will. Post HTC2 - (Giving a three times multiplier for all except the hybrids, which will get higher boosts) Kakkarot - 5.85 million Vegeta - 6.33 million Gohan - 526.5k Trunks - 887.5k All of the above can stay in ikari for extended periods of time (days, if they want to) Skipping ahead the next couple days, frieza arrives. I should also mention they have much more senzu due to nobody needing them as much. If they had five at this point, I'd say they'd have twelve here, so 2.4x more senzu. Gohan and trunks handle the fodder, and then Kakkarot and Vegeta stand against Frieza. First form frieza is thoroughly trashed. Frieza skips his second and goes straight to third. preforming better, but still losing badly. Final form frieza is when things begin to turn rather ugly. Kakkarot goes against frieza in his 50% state. Kakkarot shortly powers up to Ikari, and a match ensues. Kakkarot has a slight disadvantage in power, but he makes up for it in tricky tactics. Gohan and Trunks arrive on the scene, and this is unfortunate... Since frieza was going on an irate tirade on MONKEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYS. Frieza shoots a death beam at trunks, which Kakkarot jumps in the of, causing severe damage. Their fight resumes, but this time frieza has a big upper hand. Fortunately however, Vegeta's still there. Vegeta goes into Ikari, and gives Kakkarot a senzu bean. Giving him a zenkai which places his base, for the sake of round numbers, 6.5 million. Frieza slowly begins ramping up his power. By the time it hits 55%, he already has the power advantage. On 60, he has the general upper hand. Frieza keeps ramping up his power... 60. 65. 70. 73. 77... Seeing the power rising, kakkarot and vegeta decide to tag-team (after giving vegeta a senzu, placing his power level at 7 mill, for round numbers to work with for zenkais forward) The good news is, collectively, they outpower 100% frieza. The bad news is.... is that frieza hands their ass to them individually. A death beam pierces Goku's leg, and Vegeta has his head firmly stuck to the ground. Teamwork can't save them this time. Gohan and Vegeta are lifted into the air..... and explode. Killing the 7-year-old boys, right in front of them. You know what this means? DOUBLE SUPER SAIYAN TI- and frieza's dead. Yeah... with two significantly stronger super saiyans than canon, and frieza already being drained due to the whole 2 ikari v 1.. Frieza's obliterated easily. King kai contacts them, saying that Gohan and trunks kept their bodies, and he wants to train them, as a token of thanks for killing frieza. That's right. Gohan and trunks learn the kaioken and spirit bomb! Although, there's also a technique they haven't quite gotten down yet. (oh yeah, I should mention namek is kinda... dead. So no namekian dragon balls due to frieza.) Thus concludes the Frieza saga.

Frieza doesn't survive the two stronger super saiyans, so he never gets mechanized, and king cold won't know what 'E-arth' is. Gohan and Trunks undergo therapy, due to, y'know, dying? Somebody from the future arrives, but it isn't Trunks. Instead, Its Bra. Due to Vegeta and Bulma getting together earlier, their daughter is born earlier. FUTURE TIMELINE After the battle with frieza, the years come and go. Gohan and Trunks learn Super saiyan, and the saiyans mix it with ikari. Even bra's born! However, it wasn't to last. Kakkarot comes down with the heart virus. They try everything, but he dies, due to no cure. He died due to natural causes, so he stays dead, for good. Six months later, the androids attack. With their newfound 'Super Ikari' Forms, they were able to repel the androids. However they got away, training. So did the Z-fighters. Once more, peace wasn't to last. Cell wakes up earlier than normal for plot reasons. Let's say... a year. By this time the z-fighters had become friends with the androids, so no attacks would happen. A slew of missing person cases start popping up. Cities become empty, with no culprit in sight. Cell catches 17 unawares, and absorbs him. The Z-fighters feel a power spiking up dramatically. This.... this is beyond everything they could've imagined, they might be able to stop it. Cell then absorbs 18, the power reading spikes tenfold and keeps increasing. Everyone, runs. For reference, this cell knows of ikari AND ssj, leading to him being 10 times stronger. Let's say he's around SSJ2 Teen Gohan level in canon. They can't use the time chamber, they've already used it twice. Kami decides to train in the chamber himself. That way he could upgrade the dragon bal- the time chamber is destroyed. Cell looms over them. Quickly, Vegeta, Trunks, and Gohan, go straight into Super Ikari. It isn't enough. Vegeta sacrifices himself, buying just enough time for Gohan and trunks to escape with Kami. But cell's no fool. He fires one homing ki blast that kills Kami. Vegeta's final explosion can be heard in the distance. But in the end, it only made cell stronger. (think of it like an SSJ3 Teen Gohan.) One by one, the z-fighters fell. the humans first, tien, krillin, yamcha, their children. Gohan and trunks end up training Bra, seeing her massive potential. Through their training, Bra's able to learn ikari, but not super saiyan. Gohan and trunks got some gains, and created a new form. Super Ikari 2 (its actually SSJ4 but they don't know about ssj2 or 3, so they just call it super ikari 2). Confident, they knock out bra, and try to fight Cell. (Cell's actually a way more dangerous opponent than the androids. Smarter, tougher, and he can sense you. Not to mention, you fail at killing him, and he only grows stronger.) A fight ensues. SSJ4 Gohan and Trunks would've been able to kill Cell... before he nearly died to vegeta's final explosion. Here, however, it's not enough. Gohan and Trunks tag-team Cell. They're able to keep him at bay, but not kill him. Gohan's locked into a vicious ki struggle with Cell. (SUPER KAIOKEN!!!!!). Gohan shouts. He's able to overwhelm cell briefly. That is, until cell himself whips it out, and kills Gohan. Trunks gets a rage boost, but is killed as well. Bra wakes up, and heads to the devastated city. Where she finds both Gohan and trunks dead bodies. So, she rages out. Bra transforms into SSJ. 3 Years Later. Bra has learnt SSJ Ikari and SSJ Ikari 2. She fights cell, but this is only cell toying with her. Making sure she's alive so he can have more fun. Bra once more is defeated. All hope seems lost. But bulma comes up with the time machine. Bra travels into the past, to rectify all of this pain. So that's my take on the future timeline of this scenario.

@@Libtardo123 no, it's super saiyan four, they just don't know of 2 or 3, heck they don't even know of the ssj grades. In short, they call it super ikari 2, but that's not ssj2 plus ikari. Plus you could chalk it up for it being way too draining and not worth it. I could see kaioken being combined with ssj4 (since its based on control too).
Just one thing when gohan was like that hurt, Goku even wounded would transform into a super saiyan even if he is wounded but only for a few seconds and then die but still he will be able to turn super saiyan and the things would be the same as the canon (mostly at least)
here's a what if that no one had done before that I know of what if Vegeta went Super Saiyan first but was killed by Frieza and Goku became Super Saiyan right after Vegeta's death

I actually have a good answer for this week's question since i'm working on a fanfiction with androids in mind. In the future timeline, there never was an Android 19 and Dr.Gero never became an Android himself. So in this timeline, Android 18 wants to date someone since destroying things was getting boring. So with 17's help they find a guy practicing martial arts and kidnap him, turning him into an Android like themselves. This is the Future version of Android 19, and unlike the fat clown thing, this one is a cyborg like the twins. So to answer the question, this would be my number if i were an Android, just replace the character i made and make it me instead.
But how could it be at yardrat if the medicine was made on earth? Aside from that. It's nice to see Vegeta getting stronger than Goku. Please make more.

61 x 9 = 549. 549 divided by 10 (due to reduced gravity) = 54 round up to 55, and given the extreme conditions of the chamber, I feel maybe a 65 times multiplier will be suitable here. Note, Gohan and trunks will be getting three times that boost to their potential and having a strong training partner. Extra note, vegeta here gets a slightly higher boost due to trunks being a stronger training partner than gohan is for kakkarot. So he'll get 66x

Skipping ahead the next couple days, frieza arrives. I should also mention they have much more senzu due to nobody needing them as much. If they had five at this point, I'd say they'd have twelve here, so 2.4x more senzu.
Gohan and trunks handle the fodder, and then Kakkarot and Vegeta stand against Frieza.
First form frieza is thoroughly trashed. Frieza skips his second and goes straight to third. preforming better, but still losing badly. Final form frieza is when things begin to turn rather ugly. Kakkarot goes against frieza in his 50% state.
Kakkarot shortly powers up to Ikari, and a match ensues. Kakkarot has a slight disadvantage in power, but he makes up for it in tricky tactics. Gohan and Trunks arrive on the scene, and this is unfortunate... Since frieza was going on an irate tirade on MONKEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYS. Frieza shoots a death beam at trunks, which Kakkarot jumps in the of, causing severe damage. Their fight resumes, but this time frieza has a big upper hand. Fortunately however, Vegeta's still there. Vegeta goes into Ikari, and gives Kakkarot a senzu bean. Giving him a zenkai which places his base, for the sake of round numbers, 6.5 million. Frieza slowly begins ramping up his power. By the time it hits 55%, he already has the power advantage. On 60, he has the general upper hand. Frieza keeps ramping up his power... 60. 65. 70. 73. 77... Seeing the power rising, kakkarot and vegeta decide to tag-team (after giving vegeta a senzu, placing his power level at 7 mill, for round numbers to work with for zenkais forward)
The good news is, collectively, they outpower 100% frieza. The bad news is.... is that frieza hands their ass to them individually. A death beam pierces Goku's leg, and Vegeta has his head firmly stuck to the ground. Teamwork can't save them this time. Gohan and Vegeta are lifted into the air..... and explode. Killing the 7-year-old boys, right in front of them. You know what this means? DOUBLE SUPER SAIYAN TI- and frieza's dead.
Yeah... with two significantly stronger super saiyans than canon, and frieza already being drained due to the whole 2 ikari v 1.. Frieza's obliterated easily.
King kai contacts them, saying that Gohan and trunks kept their bodies, and he wants to train them, as a token of thanks for killing frieza. That's right. Gohan and trunks learn the kaioken and spirit bomb! Although, there's also a technique they haven't quite gotten down yet. (oh yeah, I should mention namek is kinda... dead. So no namekian dragon balls due to frieza.)
Thus concludes the Frieza saga.

Frieza doesn't survive the two stronger super saiyans, so he never gets mechanized, and king cold won't know what 'E-arth' is. Gohan and Trunks undergo therapy, due to, y'know, dying? Somebody from the future arrives, but it isn't Trunks. Instead, Its Bra. Due to Vegeta and Bulma getting together earlier, their daughter is born earlier.
FUTURE TIMELINE
After the battle with frieza, the years come and go. Gohan and Trunks learn Super saiyan, and the saiyans mix it with ikari. Even bra's born! However, it wasn't to last. Kakkarot comes down with the heart virus.
They try everything, but he dies, due to no cure. He died due to natural causes, so he stays dead, for good.
Six months later, the androids attack. With their newfound 'Super Ikari' Forms, they were able to repel the androids. However they got away, training. So did the Z-fighters. Once more, peace wasn't to last.
Cell wakes up earlier than normal for plot reasons. Let's say... a year. By this time the z-fighters had become friends with the androids, so no attacks would happen. A slew of missing person cases start popping up. Cities become empty, with no culprit in sight. Cell catches 17 unawares, and absorbs him. The Z-fighters feel a power spiking up dramatically. This.... this is beyond everything they could've imagined, they might be able to stop it. Cell then absorbs 18, the power reading spikes tenfold and keeps increasing. Everyone, runs.
For reference, this cell knows of ikari AND ssj, leading to him being 10 times stronger. Let's say he's around SSJ2 Teen Gohan level in canon. They can't use the time chamber, they've already used it twice. Kami decides to train in the chamber himself. That way he could upgrade the dragon bal- the time chamber is destroyed. Cell looms over them. Quickly, Vegeta, Trunks, and Gohan, go straight into Super Ikari. It isn't enough.
Vegeta sacrifices himself, buying just enough time for Gohan and trunks to escape with Kami. But cell's no fool. He fires one homing ki blast that kills Kami. Vegeta's final explosion can be heard in the distance. But in the end, it only made cell stronger. (think of it like an SSJ3 Teen Gohan.) One by one, the z-fighters fell.
the humans first, tien, krillin, yamcha, their children. Gohan and trunks end up training Bra, seeing her massive potential. Through their training, Bra's able to learn ikari, but not super saiyan. Gohan and trunks got some gains, and created a new form. Super Ikari 2 (its actually SSJ4 but they don't know about ssj2 or 3, so they just call it super ikari 2). Confident, they knock out bra, and try to fight Cell. (Cell's actually a way more dangerous opponent than the androids. Smarter, tougher, and he can sense you. Not to mention, you fail at killing him, and he only grows stronger.) A fight ensues. SSJ4 Gohan and Trunks would've been able to kill Cell... before he nearly died to vegeta's final explosion. Here, however, it's not enough.
Gohan and Trunks tag-team Cell. They're able to keep him at bay, but not kill him. Gohan's locked into a vicious ki struggle with Cell. (SUPER KAIOKEN!!!!!). Gohan shouts. He's able to overwhelm cell briefly.
That is, until cell himself whips it out, and kills Gohan. Trunks gets a rage boost, but is killed as well.
Bra wakes up, and heads to the devastated city. Where she finds both Gohan and trunks dead bodies.
So, she rages out. Bra transforms into SSJ.
3 Years Later. Bra has learnt SSJ Ikari and SSJ Ikari 2. She fights cell, but this is only cell toying with her. Making sure she's alive so he can have more fun. Bra once more is defeated. All hope seems lost. But bulma comes up with the time machine.
Bra travels into the past, to rectify all of this pain.
So that's my take on the future timeline of this scenario.

@@Libtardo123 no, it's super saiyan four, they just don't know of 2 or 3, heck they don't even know of the ssj grades. In short, they call it super ikari 2, but that's not ssj2 plus ikari. Plus you could chalk it up for it being way too draining and not worth it. I could see kaioken being combined with ssj4 (since its based on control too).
Why was this never continued?
Just one thing when gohan was like that hurt, Goku even wounded would transform into a super saiyan even if he is wounded but only for a few seconds and then die but still he will be able to turn super saiyan and the things would be the same as the canon (mostly at least)

I actually have a good answer for this week's question since i'm working on a fanfiction with androids in mind. In the future timeline, there never was an Android 19 and Dr.Gero never became an Android himself. So in this timeline, Android 18 wants to date someone since destroying things was getting boring. So with 17's help they find a guy practicing martial arts and kidnap him, turning him into an Android like themselves. This is the Future version of Android 19, and unlike the fat clown thing, this one is a cyborg like the twins. So to answer the question, this would be my number if i were an Android, just replace the character i made and make it me instead.
