To be honest bro last season or so haven't ever been fully fully match fit, probably a mixture of doing the wrong types of training outside of matches etc. So for me, working hard to get closer to where I need to be physically and then having a real good season performing and scoring

Boxing is great for movement vocabulary for us footballers!
1000% agree. And super useful for when you want to not go super heavy on your legs with running or more football but still want to work on power, footwork and overall losing body fat!

oh bro my TH-cam set-up wherever I go now is. Main camera to be held and then GoPro with headmount so I can just do a POV whenever, feel like that combo works super well

You dont look 87kg you look so much more leaner I thought you were 80-82ish? In any case your stamina is great for a person weighing 87kg ridiculous, imagine when you hit 80kg you'll be flying.
This is what I mean bro, I am lean... But I've always been super fit and fast. Used to have top times in 200m etc. But I think I have too much upper body muscle, because moving down from 87kg feels hard 🤣 But I know like you said, if I get to near 80s I would be rapidddd and feel super sharp!

Ice baths reduces hypertrophy but as a footballer dont really matter cause it helps from inlamation, but if you were a bodybuilder and took icebaths that would be ineffective.
