Let’s be real. Being able to remake a beat like this WHILE teaching expert techniques and basic fundamentals at an approachable level… That’s some high level mixing brother.
@@buxtonofficial4280 bro its literally a work of 1-2 hours, if you just want to remake these beats, but exactly make them sound as the original song, 1 day should be enough!

it's amazing how BNYX makes something that sounds simple af and when you look close to every single detail on this beat, everything has a personal touch. Madddd.

The quality of these videos has ramped up so much which is crazy cuz for as long as I can remember, the quality has always been incredible, but the incorporation of fun little bits of humour like the car stock footage becoming more frequent and just the way you structure the vids, teach us, it's all incredibly professional, and I feel like it creates a more personal connection to viewers rather than in the past where when we've come to the vids, it's been, sit down, this is how it was done, we're finished, this style kinda lets you loosen up and focus rather than laser focus constantly, I feel like you've become much more confident with letting your personality shine in the vids too, not that you didn't before, but there was more points in this vid where you took a little to breathe rather than going from stem to stem, regardless, you've always shined in the vids and they've always been top tier.

Very good feedback I’m glad the slightly longer form content is enjoyable! Don’t want to take away from the “remake process” but I will try to explain the “why” behind the music more. I do think it serves a seperate benefit to showing the presets and samples used.
I would do damn near anything to get a remake of J Cole-window pain. Or Kendrick Lamar-ignorance is bliss. As usual great video and we really appreciate your time and effort on these remakes!
To be fair, I'm pretty sure BNYX and sadpony did everything shown in this video. 40 did the switchup in the second half of the song. Not sure about Yachty and the other producer though
Sometimes what it look really simple takes lots of head to get it work right. That’s the thing a like most in all drake production. They all look pretty simple but every element fits awesome on hit with every switch. Great remake by the way #keepitsneccio ✨
Dang Aiden this breakdown was way more detailed than your other ones. (Besides coining terms like "Lowkey Kicks" and "Length Shifting Maneuver",) You deconstructed the "why" to a lot of beat making principles. Like the tip around 5:34 was literally the point of half of Charlie Puth's entire prod course. Thanks for this. BTW Rip Master Oogway
Really liked how you incorperated the more general advice into this video feel like that makes it much easier to extract the knowledge you want for your production from it even if you don’t care about the particular beat on an unrelated note would love to see something lean remakes feel like he has very unique and interesting production behind him especially on warlord and stranger
I know that you do remakes of popular songs but if would be dope to see a remake of "the prayer" by Travis Scott or see what you can do with experimental beats like those from Jpegmafia's songs ! Fantastic work as always !
@@morenofranco712 I didn't knew, i just checked i never even had the thought of looking for remakes of Jpegmafia beats😭 , i never thought somebody would do it because it's not commercial music !

It would be really dope to see more music theory in these remakes! what key is this piano, what are the intervals of the arpeggio, why does it work (if we know :) ). Still very glad your back and awesome videos, you're always progressing in making these!
I've always loved the content man. I don't know how you go about even starting to remake the music exactly. Remaking and getting close is one thing, but to literally make the exact art work, that is absolutely crazy!
Hello Aiden, I just wanted to tell you something, you really put a lot of work in your content and it’s very visible, and maybe you don’t have 10M subscribes, even though you deserve it, but you have 250k loyal fans, so keep up the good work man!
The fact is the reason why I watch aiden is really not even for the remakes he is more of the break dowwn of popular songs type of content creator. It helps u so much as a producer to know what the top producers are doing and find a a way not to just be at there same level but do it even better to grow as a producer in skill and status.
It amazes me how people make such high quality remakes.. like where the f do you even start? How do you know to change parameters like mic placement in Addictive Keys? How do you manage to get the right sound for other instruments? Crazy. And amazing. Inspired yet discouraged.
