    Hey, it looks like a great workout. I'm starting it now. I'm just worried it will decrease my muscle alertness on court. Do you think you can incorporate some dynamic court exercieses to this routine (like ghosting, ladder, etc.)?

      What is "muscle alertness"? (genuine question)

      I'm also not sure what muscle alertness means. If you mean will it slow you down the answer is no. It will stimulate your nervous system and make you faster as I have observed with myself and people that i've done the program with. I don't think extra dynamic work is required especially if you haven't done a strength oriented program like this before.
