I recorded this song on my phone when it was regularly playing on an indie eletro radio station back in 2015, I never knew its title (and I wasn't understanding English back then so that didn't help). And now, 8 long years later I was looking up Aeroplane on YT because I enjoyed their remix of a Sebastien Tellier song. I saw the "ft. Benjamin Diamond" in the title and I clicked (I love that guy's music), started vibing and when the chorus came I was like "wait... I know this melody" Thank God for finding this tune
This song means a lot to me :') Back to the time I did not have everything but I had me, feeling safe with myself & the way I made everything come true. So thankful, it brings me such nostalgia. I wanna feel like that again.
i have the same feeling with songs of this era, like 2014, 2015, they along with 2016 are my favorite years and I was just a kid. But I recommend to you to be as wise as you were back then and enjoy life. Back then we were wise enough to invest into what we liked or loved, like this kind of music. Never stop being passionate about life. It doesnt take for the same feeling to come back, it takes to smile as we did back then so that we enjoy life as we also did. And with smiling I mean turning that smile into spirit. Joy is a fundamental part of the spirit.
