I've watched all 3 the day they've dropped, which is around the beginning of the month. So far my favorite has been "High & Dry" but that's because it's more like the music I listened to back in high school. Being from the US I wasn't really aware of any foreign music but a from Latin American (Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias, etc)...South Korea wasn't even on my radar. The only J-Pop I knew came from anime I watched (Pokemon, Sailor Moon, Princess Monanoke, etc).
Brazil mentioned….. Garota de Ipanema (girl from Ipanema) let’s go Seungmin! I loved your reaction and I am impressed by Seungmin as well even though I know he is a amazing vocalist I always am mesmerized by his talent
Original has a higher pitch. Seungmin lowed the pitch to better suit his range. I never warm up to high pitch thrilling Japanese female singing style. Seungmin’s warm baritone makes this song better in my ear.
14:29 I just listened to the original and seungmin’s cover is not slowed down but maybe, because it’s a lower pitch, it sounds slower since sped up songs sound higher? Idk you guys are the experts ❤
