Animation are of many types like :
*Stop motion*
It's an animation using action figuers and making moments and making a figure to move that is also called 'stop motion'
*2d animation*
It's made by drawing and moving one frame to anoter like drawing one frame and making a moment using drawing
*3d animation*
It's also called most difficult animation type and it's same a 2d animation but the characters look more realistic

Second, there is no anime that is made in an single week. Normally, an episode took 1 to 6 months.
And if there is anime like Mob Paycho or Space Dandy then a single episode took more than a year too.

This video give us lot of information, indian animation industry is very underrated Specially in india parent's don't know about this field and even know still they not allow his/her child to make career in industry, but i argue with my parent to allow me to make my career in this industry and it is my responsibility to never give up and give some a huge buff to this industry "I WANT TO COMPLETE MY 2 DREAMS/GOALS" in this industry which i can't tell it anyone till complete it but i swear my 3rd goal is to give that respect to this Animation industry when a child grow up and usually parents' want to saw his/her child as doctor, engineer, lawyer or piolet but when i complete or archive my both dream's parents must want's his/her child as an "ANIMATOR" and then other fields.....
I also want to become an animator but after watching ur video I was like how I draw a drawing a scene of anime without color just pencil shading and how those animators make 24 drawings per second I respect them
