Unfortunately Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba's sacred literary legacy remains for the most part untranslated into Western languages from Arabic and Wolof. The total number of works on Bamba in English are relatively few, even though, as David Robinson writes, Bamba became one of the most outstanding poets and mystical leaders of the last 100 years . The contribution Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba made in the cultural and spiritual revival of his people demonstrates the significance his universal message and nonviolent struggle has for attaining peace in the world today.
Thank you Brother for this video.

thank you, brother, for taking time to produce this video. It seems as people are not toking in Senegal... Its part of their culture I was married to a very very mean man from Senegal and had to leave him due to his Ager issues.

Hello man! Thanks for your videos, they are great and you are very lucky to travel in all these places!
I have a question if I may: are you full African American (meaning by that all your ancestors were brought to America for the all the bad reasons we know) or are you part African like Tyler the Creator for example who's father was supposedly Nigerian.
I am asking that because I love to guess whether someone is African, or AA/AfroCarribean/AfroLatino.. (I know it may sound very weird but I just like it, I like to guess people's origins from their faces in general). And, even if your complexion isn't super dark your facial features look very African (And it is not a critic or anything, just a thought).
I find this "game" I have very very challenging at times, and to be honest if I would see you in France (I am french) where we have both African French and Carribean French people, I could definitely think you are from an African country, say Cameroon or something (not from Senegal or Mali where most tribes have a very dark complexion).
In the same "field" of questions: I suppose many locals in Africa you've met thought you were a local too (when you were dressed with local clothes i mean), or do they know it real quick?
Thanks for reading my kinda weird message! :). I hope you did'nt find it too disturbing or anything.
    Cheers!
good luck for your next trips!

English is lacking. The most prolific writer in the history of writing yet you will not find his books in any library because he wrote mainly in Arabic and he was African, muslim, black. How ironic!
