PLA SpeedBenchy Diagnosis

    Once upon a time there were 3 benchies!
    10 minutes, 10 minutes- same file, 2 valve vs 3 valve
    7 minutes - modified file with increased acceleration
    7 minute benchy: 30K external walls @ 400mms, internal at 40K acceleration, 450mms. Infill 475mms @ 40K acceleration. 30SCV all features.
    Polymaker Sonic PLA @ 230C.

    I have a suggestion since you dont seem to mind printing prototype ducts:
    leave the middle back valve small or make it smaller and make the two valves on the prongs larger so the air is restricted when it first gets to the middle back duct and then can flow with a larger volume to the front two.
    I am not an expert on flow dynamics or cfm but this works in houses when the second level needs more air flow and there is no "turbo blower"

      The 3 valves have the same flow. I had to carefully make the geometry right to balance it. CFD, interate, CFD, until it was the same. But apparently it's not enough! For the 3 valve duct I even reduced the nozzle orifice size to give a bit more for the extra valve. I screwed it up somehow, need to find out why and fix.
