I've struggled with anorexia for ten years now, and my whole life is basically ruined because of it, so seeing someone (especially someone with a fanbase) catch it in time and not let it spin out of control like it has for me, makes me happy. Mark I can relate with you about eating disorders... I only had about 800 calories a day... It got that bad I cud only eat baby food and cookies weird but true... I was a big girl so people just thought I wanted to lose weight but I cudnt swallow I had bad anxiety I still do but I have learned not to be afraid off food I weighed like 14 stone I'm 6 foot n in 2 yrs I lost 7 stone pretty bad but now I'm happier... I've put the weight bk on n I don't care what people think I feel healthy... I still worry it might come bk but I'm staying positive... Xx xx well done Mark for sharing with us means a lot.. U cheer me up I have anxiety bi polar n depression so everyday is a challenge.... I just smile and cope with things as they happen no point worrying about the past or what could happen live for the now xxx

Mark, I love your happy & positive videos! I think I've heard you mention a few times now that it's important to you that someone is close to their parents. I felt like I should point out that that view is coming from a privileged place. It assumes everyone has loving and supportive parents and unfortunately that's not true. If someone says they aren't close with their parents that shouldn't be a reflection on them when you don't know the whole story. Their parents could be abusive or toxic or a million other things that the person needs to protect themselves from. Something to keep in mind :)

I was told I was manipulative because I was telling this friend that I did not see him as a friend anymore cause he kept disrespecting me and harassing me and scaring and threatening me.. I told him for months about how I felt, but he did not listen. I then told him again, the same thing, in a direct way, and he still kept calling me awful and manipulative. He was in love with me, even though he knew I had a boyfriend which I have been in a relationship for years and I only knew him for 1,5 years, and I only met him like 10 times. It broke my heart, to lose a friend, but also the thought of me keeping up with the harassment and constant discomfort without me ever doubting him but doubting myself.
Honestly, Mark you never fail to make someone laugh especially on a bad day: I mean 2:48 ( Something or someone farted!?), 7:13 (Trying to pronounce chorizo) and 7:43 (I don't iron I steam)! This vlog had me absolutely creasing!

Mark it’s a table top ironing board 😂 all irons need water to use the steam mark it’s not a hotel safe iron lol the water dsnt cause accidents it’s leaving the iron on that you need to worry about 😂 a hotel safe iron I was in wrinkles!!! 😂 😂 😂 he’s so real and cute x
