The action on the illegal conctruction in every city or town can easily be eradicated, if, the govt makes small offices with one computer and and an officer be employed at four corners of the city/town. Then the computer in the office must be equipped with the data of total details of that area and its eligibility and legal/illegal/govt assignment land etc (from all its concerned departments are given and feeded in the computer) for construction be given to the builder/buyer in the form of a permission certificate from the govt. Once the permission certicate is issued the responsibility rests on the govt employees of the concerned department and that particular head of the department be sent to jail for 20 years(non-bailable) then we can expect the real things.
Just by discussing the debate or discussion on such points is no use. One has to give some solution for every kind of such issues. I opined my above suggestion. Let every media must ask the suggestions from the people to have a consolidate solution to every kind of problem.
