Sum number 3 I didn't understand the median part. How comes 4 is the median number? I wish you could elaborate more

15 devide by 2, we get 7.5. in f, 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 and 6 + 4 = 10. so 7.5 in range between 128 and 129 because 128 is 6 and 129 is 10. for that, we consider 129 as the median.
