Does it matter for even and odd ,or to impliment it directly 🤔
If it is odd then replace N/4 with (N+1)/4..just like median
Thanks for this sir it will help me in my statistics
Omg are you a Nigerian? I am also a Nigerian and you are really smart. Thank you so much for your videos ❤🙏🏽.

@@OninabResources No, I don't think I will
Please I want to know whether the formula is fixed this way or there's another way formula because the quartile can be calculated using i.e say Q3=3/4(n+1). So can you substitute this one too in the formula.
Thank you
No! This formula only allows you to know where the upper quartile lies which will henceforth allow you to get other parameters in the actual formula used in the video. Thank you ❤️
@@OninabResources ok thanks very much I appreciate it and God bless you for your time
this ia for non grouped data
Very helpful video thanks
When finding Fc which is the frequency before your quartile class, what if your quartile class is the first class? how would you find Fc
It means Fc = 0.
This was very helpful. Thank you
We are glad it was helpful!

Thanks a million

Tnx alot bro nice vid

thank you so much
Thank you sir🙏 you the best
Thanks very much
Thank you so much
Please,if it is arrange in descending order, how will you get the FQ. ??
The process of finding FQ and TQ will be reversed.
what would happen for LCB, if the first data range is starting from 0 ?
It's (0 - 1)/2 = - 0.5
@@OninabResources Thanks a lot
Thank you very important
You are welcome.
We really appreciate your feedback.
Warm regards.
Very clear,, thankyou
what if my lower quartile at marks 21-30? should I use LCB 20.5 ? and fc = 0?
Very correct! 👍
And if 1st marks class is started from 0 like 0-10 Or whatever and my lower quartile class is also this one then what we will take as the value of L........
Thank you very much
You are welcome.
We really appreciate your feedback.
Warm regards.
Great Video, really clarified my understanding. But I only have one question...What happens if my lower quartile(Q1) is found (in the case of the video) to be in the first row(21-30).How will I calculate my Cummulative frequency before quartile class(Fc)? Since it is the first box and non comes before it...Please help, because i am lost.
In that case, the cumulative frequency before the lower quartile will be zero.
I was also stuck on this question🙂
Can we find quartile 1, if it lies in ist row of table?
Yes.
Thank you so much 😊😊
You are so welcome!
We appreciate your feedback.
