No one mentions this. Is it really that bad the insta 360 app for Androids? Isn't the Insta 360 One R now doing the editing processing in the camera itself though? Then exporting only the edited video to your phone. What's the issue Did you use Flagship High End Spec Android Phones? What Androids have you tried with? This will be a huge deciding factor for me as i mainly and only been on android operating system. It's either this or the Qoocam 8k.
Yes it is in my experience and I have a freind who has also had the same issues. I have only ever managed to make a bullet time video using Android. I could not even connect to the camera with my Huwei Y6. With Samsung S8 and S9 I could connect but not edit. Asus and Levono tablets were no better.
@@MarkHampsonPhotography Wow that's a game changer. And also a frustrating dilemma with Android system. With these apps that tend to lean on Apple Updates first. A very few were more geared towards android development workflow being the main system. Almost always gets the update later on if at all, so that's always an updating delay on apps etc. Especially how insta360 seems to be geared towards apple side, and apple workflow system. With apple Watch control etc. Well i might just go with Kando Qoocam after all. 8k 10 bit video and 16 bit High Res DNG Photos. I seem to find inconsistency in sharpness of background with insta360 one R 360 mod
@@BushMasterThermal It's difficult to decide. I love the insta360 now but I had to buy an ipad just to be able to use it. The editing experiance is really good now though. I have the one R and One X and the One X is my favourite.
