@@charlesmathews4207 it is a great place. I lived there from 2011 to 2017 when I took early retirement for medical reasons. Keep an eye on real estate values. I’m told they have increased DRAMATICALLY in the last few years.
Was hired as a CT Tech 3 years ago for Summit, then Covid hit. I turned down the job. Beautiful place, but the Hospital is SUPER busy and doesn't pay nearly enough. Would have loved to live there.
Was in Show Low recently. The Motel 6 was double the next closest one in Holbrook. 3 McDonalds burgers, $10.19, I walked out without buying them. At my local Mac and Dons exactly half the price. It is called gouging. How can locals afford tourist pricing? I bought land nearby but won't be going to McDonald's. BTW, Mountain Lion is inappropriate as they aren't lions which is why the preferred word is Cougar.
10 years ago I’d see that confederate flag and get a little spooked. No longer. Now it’s the Trans/Gay/Pride flag where I know some really authoritarian antiwhite attitudes are nearby. Excellent video

I live there and do a lot of shopping in Snowflake. Not significantly cheaper but less crowded.
Show low needs a skate park for the youth, and not a bike park how it is now. This keeps the youth out of drugs and crime.
Great Video. I'm Your Fan.
Thank you! 🤗
why is it so deserted, nothing going on in the town
That's the way we like it... Too bad the California's are moving in and the traffic is terrible worried it's going to turn leftist a bit
Why is it so quiet
00:37 what flag is that?
They lost the civil war and they still butt hurt😂
