Google Drives scan to pdf is much better than this. To me or seams much simpler as well. Especially if you use Google Drive for storing all your files as you can save it right into folder you want it.

Doesn't work with older iPhones
Not super sure but if it doesn’t Microsoft office lens off the App Store does the trick (and I think google docs has the feature too)

My images keep turning out to be jpeg how in the world do I make sure it’s a pdf???? Helpppppp lol
