Hi, Why do you use "Divide curve" to split the supporting roof structure into 1000 parts and why do you use interpolate? I tried connecting "Pipe" straight to the "Line" elements and it worked. For reference this is 6:11.
Hi, thanks for your comment I just reviewed this video and you are correct I inverted the connection of these inputs, this video will be updated with some variation, thank you very much.
im stuck on the joint curve command where you made two connection from single point can you help me with that I followed the steps you did but the flatten thing isnt working what should I do please suggest
hey hey! i have a question,i hope someone can answer it! i was wondering why you chose to join, divide and interpolate the first curves before piping them? great video btw!
Hey, I think I might have the answer. I had the same question while watching the video. The divide + interpolate make the angles of the structure rounds instead on having two straight lines crossing each other. Just a detail in fact. 4 years later I guess you found the answer meanwhile.
İ have an important question I couldn’t put show, edge lengths , load and anchor all in goal objects on solver why its not working with me please fast answer
I love you guys. I will become a grasshopper god because of you.
Thank you so much for posting a Kangaroo 2 tutorial! It's quite a challenge to find a proper one on TH-cam :)
Your videos are very useful. I learned how to use grasshopper with your videos. Thanks for your efforts 👍🏻👍🏻
Hey!

Kangaroo is so amazing!Your tutorial is very helpful!
I am confused that why the mesh created by Weaverbird’s catmull-Clark subdivision is not smooth at the corner of the initial curve
fantastic!
Michael Wickerson 🌅
is there any way to increase or decrease the height of the structure?
thx~
Cool
I'm trying to use kangaroos as a way to randomize the height of the circle, so how can I construct an algorithm?
Hi,
Why do you use "Divide curve" to split the supporting roof structure into 1000 parts and why do you use interpolate? I tried connecting "Pipe" straight to the "Line" elements and it worked. For reference this is 6:11.
yeah i kinda got lost from there too seemed unnecessary
Pipe curves are different. Pipe geometry from interpolate is much smother than from direct method.
Shouldnt the list length of populated points be in number, because you want that number of unique random numbers, and then domain should be in range?
Hi, thanks for your comment I just reviewed this video and you are correct I inverted the connection of these inputs, this video will be updated with some variation, thank you very much.
No worries! Your tutorials are incredible and so so helpful!! I just thought maybe they were inverted. 😅 Thank you for all you do:))
exactly! You switched the inputs :). thanks for this comment I was starting to doubt myself haha :p
Thanks a lot first, but I got a question , which is that why do you know we should shift list into 14?
How do you know that number 14?
im stuck on the joint curve command where you made two connection from single point can you help me with that I followed the steps you did but the flatten thing isnt working what should I do please suggest
hold shift when you attach the second line.
@@maysamabdeljaber2540 thanks for answering but I figured it out that time itself

excellent tutorial, but a question, where do I get the command "weaverdirds loop subdivision" ?? thanks
Download weaverbird to get this component: www.giuliopiacentino.com/weaverbird/
@@Omegvo thanks!!!
Great video! One question, i cant find EDGELENGTH, i already downloaded bifocals, kangaroo and Weaverbird
Is in Kangaroo 2...for default in rhino 6 and grasshopper.
Hi, the domes' mesh is thin in the example, how can I make it thicker?
hey, can you make it thicker?
İ have an important question I couldn’t put show, edge lengths , load and anchor all in goal objects on solver why its not working with me please fast answer
hold shift key
great video! but where can I find the NakedVertices??
Naked vertices... what plugin is?
could you find it? T.T
hmmm....so technically...a grasshopper is green
