Just had my almost 13 year old half-Labrador pass away. The wife and I are just devastated because we've had him since he was a puppy. Enjoy the times you have with your pets, because it's too short and it will hurt when they go.
I just had to put my 20 year old service dog to sleep. I can hardly breathe and look for him every time I move or cook or plan anything. I wish I could put myself to sleep. I don't know how to function with out him. He was my whole world. The only reason I cooked or got out of bed was for him. Killing yourself shouldn't be a crime. sometimes it's just the only kindness left. If your young enough, go rescue a dog from a kill shelter. I'm too old and fragile to train a 4th service dog. Even with a walker I could barely exercise an old herding dog. Get another dog sooner rather than later. 👍😎🐕

This makes me cry since my dog died and i had only been with her in 4 years she couldve had 2 or 6 more years but it was impossible since she was pregnant and had blood parasite and i feel guilty bc i havent even been with her since she died i regret going on a vacation i wish she could wait for me there in heaven ill make sure i get there.. I miss you bella..
