Some may prefer the original voices while reading subtitles, some may not want to bother with the reading when they want to relax and others may genuently thing the dub for a certain series is superiour. No matter in what camp someone is, I find it genuently important that that person can choose whatever he finds best. And with modern digital media there really should be no reason why it should not be possible to have both a dub and sub version available simultaniously.
