I mean, I live a few hours away but I can hang drywall, tape mud texture, paint, I can also do flooring, plumbing, and electrical. I’ve got all the tools too, Milwaukee of course
What’s up Rhyno I’m up here in the Bay Area and am a roofing Contractor going on 14 years and 20 in the industry. If you ever have any questions or need anything in the roofing department I’m more than happy to help you out! I really enjoy the channel from Trucks to construction and everything in between 🤙🏽🤙🏽.
Very interesting video ! I learned long ago you cannot stop the flow of water but you can divert it. I'm sure this made you appreciate your mini excavator even more. I'm glad you got that taken care of before it flooded into the guest house !
You should’ve used the primer before the pour of self leveler. I learned that the hard way. It tends to crack and come up. I’ve had to replace elevator lobbies because it failed under the tile. Your first sign will be hollow tile if you knock on it and cracked grout
Just a heads up for next time, this that self leveler out more. Level quick flows and finished a lot better when it’s nice and wet to start. Poured many floors in my my day. Also a nice self leveling rake goes along way and makes finished product a lot more even.
🤣😂 long commute, hope you have a great Xmas and hope 2022 brings the best that life has to offer, thanks for all the entertainment made this year bare able 😃
Getting it done RYNO at the RANCH! I think there needs to be 30 hours on a day because you work 24 hours already a day! Those cute donkeys are protectors of your other animals as I hear they will give coyotes a beating! Keep them videos coming!
Do some French drains around the guest house. This will help you keep water from pooling on the ground. And gutters and burred drains will help you can pipe them into the French drains as well so all the water goes to the same place. But I dont know if you want to go that far. I mean that stuff is a little costly cause you will need some gravel for the French drains. I know your doing this on a budget. I mean the French drain system would be cool though.
Next time you should fly the drone up in the air to get a view of every spot that holds water and maybe that can help you blueprint a drain plan. That’d be a cool project to see
I’m like you bro I’ve done tons of concrete but never self level. I think we over thing stuff because that’s how we are lol but self level means self level lol. Make sure you have the right tools to do it and it’s pretty damn easy bro. I did my living room. It also helps to be a GC and have a great relationship with the flooring sub, that saved me a crap ton of money for free.
Hey Ryno! Just a thought about diverting the water what if you were to make a huge pond in that field. Would be a nice feature driving up the new driveway and secondary water source for fire season. Just thought after seeing how much water we Just saw. Love the content!!!!
Ryno! I’m a gutter guy/ drainage guy in sw Colorado! Wish I could help you out! Gutters into Swails and proper drainage up the hill from the guest house!!
I hate self leveler 😂 I do tile so I know all about it. I have a really nice machine. It’s a 20 gallon drum with a mixer on top. I’ll leave it running until I need it so it doesn’t set
Any reason you don't get an old farm tractor? Don't know about out there, but 1950s, 2wd, gas, open station tractors are cheap on the east coast. I know it wouldn't be the most comfortable, but it would cut some nice ditches, and move trailers.
Lost my house in Hurricane Katrina to 30ft storm surge in 2005,Moved 100 miles inland to get hit with a 9ft flash flood in 2016. Been staying with family since. Locked into paying Sba loans from Katrina on the 2nd house & Rona made it financially impossible to even buy a dump.
I forget what it was like to work in the trades and how busy it gets. I mean Ryno has 10 sacks he has to play with today 😬, where do u find the time? 😂😂😂
look man, I know you hate peeling the peels off the electronics... but can you just at least trim that thing on the radio in the 4 door? Love ya homie but damn lol!
"Let's get to this long commute!" 30 secs later "Alright we made it to work!" 😂😂😂
15 sec
Not even 30 seconds. Wish my commute to work was that long
@Qefna Ija no
In bedrooms, kitchen and living please have the USB outlets too. They're handy as and easy to put in
Ryan
Es una inspection
💯👍
Beautiful place bro!
I really appreciate how well you treat the animals/pets. I love seeing the donkeys!
I have bought from others and I have to agree your prices are usually better. And I like your stuff better also lol.
I know it might be sucky but you better thank the Lord that you are getting all that rain you guys really need it out there.
I mean, I live a few hours away but I can hang drywall, tape mud texture, paint, I can also do flooring, plumbing, and electrical. I’ve got all the tools too, Milwaukee of course
It is handy living in a rural area to have equipment at the ready and glad that the guest house didn’t get flooded!!
11:40 imagine seeing ryno running around in the rain with a shovel jumping over all the rain from third pov lmao
When are you going to get more of the teal work for it stickers?

You should take the single cad obs mudding after the storm is done
I'd make my own articulating blade if I had that mini x.
Very interesting video !

I'm glad you got that taken care of before it flooded into the guest house !
You got some great guys working for you!
You should do a recessed TV pocket in the wall above the fire place. Only be cause how small the room is. That would clean it up as well.
Told you a lazy river was the best way to make your ranch a paradise
You can also level it whit spec mix
I'm stoked you kept Ryno River out of your guest house, that DG mud really would have self leveled!
Hell yeah everything is coming together!!
Love your videos, always excited to watch.
Loving these guest house videos, keep them coming.
👏👍👊

Big man Ryan. Would you consider a FR workforit shirt? Yes, it’d be a higher priced shirt, but I mean I know for sure I’d do it.
That stuffs awesome. It slowly bubbles to keep the mud moving to find the low spots.
Just a heads up for next time, this that self leveler out more. Level quick flows and finished a lot better when it’s nice and wet to start. Poured many floors in my my day. Also a nice self leveling rake goes along way and makes finished product a lot more even.
It’s a good thing you have that mini tracker cause of all that heavy rain coming down
Yes love waiting these videos keep up the hard work man
yeah you never know. it shouldn't be as massive as that storm that we had last week. but better get ready.
The entire city of hemet does that lol plus side is that now you know exactly where the floods are gonna go.
🤣😂 long commute, hope you have a great Xmas and hope 2022 brings the best that life has to offer, thanks for all the entertainment made this year bare able 😃
U should dig a pond in the front yard u could call it rynos oasis
Hopefully u started to prepare for this week. We have a lot of rain coming in
Let's Go Brandon! 🐸

Donkeys will curb stomp a coyote as if they’re rival gangs in Chicago.
Build you a skid and you could move materials like you want to with the Mini Ex!

Good luck. It’s supposed to rain again Tuesday to Saturday
Good background music around min 5.
You see that look when he said you better be nice to Willy? Lol she's like HELL NO!!
Next time you should fly the drone up in the air to get a view of every spot that holds water and maybe that can help you blueprint a drain plan. That’d be a cool project to see
Can drones fly in wet weather(rain/snow)?
@@jc.938 not sure, that would be the only concern. I’m sure they’re a bit water resistant
For sure the best channel im subscribed too👍🏽🚂🇺🇸
Ranch builds for the win
Still my favorite TH-cam channel

Love the vids.....u can roll on a concrete primer. To keep it from hollowing out

Aye, just like my pops to say just trowel it In. You gotta just work it in g
Another awesome video
Awesome video as always
The water flow is just a normal afternoon in FL we had some nasty rain today constantly at 40-60 winds with gust of 120 it’s pretty normal here
All this in Cali - you cray cray bro
Never a dull moment. Definitely looking forward to future projects and the ranch entrance.
“We park all of are donkeys over here”😂😂
My first thought was it sounds like you have a cold haha
I’m interested in the kitchen finishes. I hope you spend a little more on nice cabinets and countertops
What brand is the radio in the obs
Ryno! I’m a gutter guy/ drainage guy in sw Colorado! Wish I could help you out! Gutters into Swails and proper drainage up the hill from the guest house!!
You should put a little lake on the property. Like something for all the water to drain into.
Ayeee shout out to papa ryno. My papa is out in Mexico getting his retirement in.
haha good thing you got that mini excavator!
What kind of head unit are you running in that obs ?
If you look in his past videos he did an install in it.

4:26 😳😂😂
Ryan you need to work on getting a collaboration with Dixxon and Workforit… I would definitely buy a flannel!
Just curious, whats the going price for a mini x like yours?
As a cabinet guy, you would be surprised at how bad most floors are out of level and how good you get at covering all that crap up.
I wonder how much this renovation is
Ordered a billet bottle opener last night
I’ll float the floor for u
I do it with deck mud I don’t use level quick too expensive
You should epoxy the kitchen and/or garage floor
You need a retention pond
You need to put some drain tiles in there like the farmers do in the fields
"Freezing"
*laughs in North Dakotan
The weather is about the only thing I miss in California.
Oh, and trees.
I heard they call rain an atmospheric river in California.
They do and it sounds pretty goofy huh ? But the news has to do all they can to sensationalize everything.
Are we going to see a shop building next year in the property? 🤔
You should have used primer on the self level so it could stick better to the concrete. It might start cracking and break up 🤷♂️. Just a thought

Need to dig a couple runoff ponds
Love ya Ryan

Bad ass video
Try to stay dry love your videos thanks
Is that a e 30 bobcat
Never clicked one of your videos faster
Why didn’t you use primer for the self level
He'll yeah
Ryno needs to be sponsored by CAT for promoting the mini X constantly
It's a bobcat mini x though, so why CAT?
@@WickedFab because I like to drink beers and watch his videos.
Freezing in California....lol
look man, I know you hate peeling the peels off the electronics... but can you just at least trim that thing on the radio in the 4 door? Love ya homie but damn lol!
