We just did a Viva Cruise on the Rhône, and it was great. On ou r cruise, most of the passengers were German speaking, but it varies with each cruise. The crew was multilingual, our tours were with English speaking local guides, and the food on board was fabulous. All in all, a much better value than the cruise lines targeting Americans.
Thanks for doing this - nice filming, easy to watch and enjoyable. Did they offer a tour of the Abbey at Melk? That’s in my list doing the Danube cruise. Will go and check out Viva now!
Hi there. They had the standard city tour or similar for their included excursion in each port. They offer some premium tours, too, that you would pay for. It is a beautiful ship. Happy cruising!
Thank you. I thought I had seen on one of their videos that they do but it's not very obvious on the site. I am looking at 2025 Christmas Markets with them because they do the Vltava :) @@InTheLoopTravel
Yes thanks for the clarification - I agree, their site makes it seem like you have to pay. This seems like the perfect cruise line for my husband and I!!😊
Do you happen to remember how much the premium tours were as well? Like how much was your day trip to Salzburg, for example? Also thanks for the gorgeous video! I’ll be on this route with Viva 2 next year and I just can’t wait!
Very nice video. I have had this cruise line on my radar. It looks wonderful and offers more than some off the cruise l8nes thar are advertised heavily in the U.S. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks so much for checking out this video (and all my videos, really!). I really appreciate it. I hope they can help you get some good information to make your best travel choices and have a better trip. Please like and subscribe if you haven't already. Great video bro 👊🏻
Thank you!
Was this a 7 day cruise? Also, how much time did you have to visit each place?
Hi there. Thanks for watching. Yes, a seven day cruise with eight to 10 hours in each port. Happy cruising!
@@InTheLoopTravel thank you
Also, you said that they do include one excursion per port. I didn't see that on the screen. Does it say that on their site anywhere?

I am looking to book with them in Nov/Dec 2025. Do you book with them and do you offer any "perks" for booking through you?
I am not a travel agent.
Thank you for letting me know. You should be :). @@InTheLoopTravel
