- Parvathy debuted with the Malayalam film Out of Syllabus in 2006. Her latest release is the movie Ullozhukku directed by Christo Tomy where she shares screen space with Urvashi. Her second venture, Rosshan Andrrews' Notebook, won media attention due to its theme on teenage pregnancy. Her performance in the Tamil romantic drama Poo (2008) earned her the Filmfare Awards South for Best Actress Tamil. Parvathy`s latest release is Throughout the next decade, she received widespread recognition for her roles in various Malayalam movies including Bangalore Days (2014) earning her a Filmfare Awards South, Ennu Ninte Moideen (2015) receiving the Kerala State Film Awards for the Best Actress and Charlie (2015) earning a Filmfare Awards South for Best Actress Malayalam.
Her success continued with her leading roles in Take Off (2017), which earned her the IFFI Best Actress Award, National Film Award - Special Mention, and the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress. She then appeared in works such as Uyare, Virus (both 2019), and Puzhu (2022). In 2017 she also acted in the Hindi Movie Qarib Qarib Single with Irrfan Khan.
In this four part series Parvathy opens up about various aspects of her work and personal life. In the first part of the series she talks primarily about the characters she has played in the recent past and her character in Pa Ranjith`s Thangalaan. She talks about her acting process and how she learns and experiments with various styles of acting to get into the character.
In Part 2/3/4 we delve deeper into the personal side of Parvathy. We talk about the choices that she has made to voice concerns about the film industry and why she has made these choices. She talks about her inner journey and the times she had completely struggled with mental health issues.

I'm glad that she could live her life the way she wanted. At 19 moving out and living in one's way is still a dream for everyone. Even privileged gender can't do it. No wonder how she attained the clarity and independence in her own thoughts. Every human deserves to feel like an individual rather than someone's daughter, son, wife or husband. Living alone is the best way to find who we are without our parents. Everyone should go through this phase.
It's surprising to see, Parvati has changed to spiritual! Clear sign of maturity! Happy for you, Parvaty.

Lovely ❤. Even I used to troll her sometimes back. But she s very straightforward, I see sometimes myself in her. My dark sides n my good sides almost like her.
