2024 Backpack D2 Mission Creek to Whitewater Preserve

~10 miles today back to the start at WW Preserve. No issues. Based on my intel from hikers earlier this year, the route finding becomes more of an issue farther up the drainage until mile 240 if you stay close to the actual PCT which crosses a few tricky washouts. There is an unofficial route at ~mile 236 - straight uphill to bypass the worst section & 2 big pour offs (waterfalls) created by the 8/23 storm.
