Loving your channel!! My 7 yr old son david loves to plan but is always embarrassed because he said boys don't plan with stickers do they? I told him he can do anything of course and if he loves something it doesn't matter if you are a boy or girl just do it. he didn't believe me til he saw your channel. Now he asks me to put on your videos when we plan together. 💜

I have not been into the whole bujo things but I stumbled onto some videos recently and thought they looked super fun!
Great info and very organized. Don't forget the Certificate of Insurance form (COI) and for buildings with move in elevators schedule the move in elevator. In my case they have a separate entrance to access the elevator, and trollies that must be scheduled. Also, the building maintenance guys will help with painting walls. You may want to plan this before moving your heavy pieces in, in order to have access to the walls. Remember to bring lighting and light bulbs. My bedroom has no ceiling lights. And remember toilet paper and paper towels. I also scheduled change of address at the post office two weeks in advance. I was able to do this online in NYC, and even track my mail movement. I also scheduled the change in utilities and cable/internet. .. I see someone else mentioned this, but mark your boxes. It makes sorting easier. Thanks again!!
When I moved I made sure to mark on the boxes what room it belongs in so its easier to find certain items u need. Also saves from opening a box in the wrong room and then u have to take it to the proper room. If u need certain items for when u first arrive (for ex. Hand soap, Toilet paper, etc) make sure to keep it in your car so u have it with u for when u first arrive.

Excellent video! We have no plans of moving but every few weeks we declutter to throw away garbage and donate other items. Feels so good to purge sometimes!

Great video and thanks for the shout out! One tip is to update your new mailing address with anyone (work, bills, etc) and change your address with the Post Office. The last thing you want is to have your mail going to your old place during this transition!
Excellent tip with living downtown and being aware of sporting events and concerts! I would have never thought of that!

Yes! I didn't realize I could do this BEFORE I moved, so I had to have my former roommates forward me a thing or two that came before I changed my address

Great tips! I moved about 500 miles away over the summer. Started decluttering June 1 and then when I had Fourth of July off work, started packing in earnest for my July 28 moving day. I vlogged the whole thing to try to help people, but you were way more comprehensive than I was haha

FYI, i was watching on low volume when i had some downtime at work and i couldn't read your writing. too small. I like to watch videos quietly at work during down time. I usually can follow along with just the writing. other than that, great video! I am moving to southern california from northern next week!!!

Unfortunately I am having the same issue watching on my fairly decent gaming monitor. I can't read your beautifully written list in the first part of this video.😞 I will have to move on to another video as not to become really frustrated. It's a shame since I choose your video as my first to watch in a list of many and I like the way you started. I'll be back in the future to see what other stuff you have done. 👍🏻💟
