People who dont own a Z will probably think you're joking about the fuel stops, In my first week of ownership I drove the car 3 times and put £200 of fuel in.
By the end of day 7 it was empty
I get about 28mpg in my DE. But that’s 47 miles a day over two commuting trips so 23 miles a go
I'm sure that revving that engine to 4 to 5K rpm routinely doesn't help your gas mileage; I generally keep my revs between 2K and 3K rpm. I have a 2019 370Z sport coupe 6M that get an average of about 21 mpg. I can get as much as 36 mpg on the highway at a steady 60 mph in 6th gear.
I've been daily driving mine for three years now with no problem. I live alone, so there is no problem with transporting stuff. If I had a gf we could both ride in the car comfortably, with enough room for travel gear. When I was married and had a small kid I could not have had a car like this; I had a Porsche at the time that had a small back seat which did suffice for the three of us.

Looks like you had the airbag light flashing - try disconnecting, cleaning, and then reconnecting the plugs underneath the driver and passenger seats. It’s usually these that will give those lights and a quick and easy fix (happened on mines)

I still get the light sometimes but there is an input code with the ignition to clear it.
Mine did this every so often and I was always able to clear like this:
1. Turn the key from off to on.
2. Watch the airbag light closely. It will stay on for a few secs. and then as soon as it blinks off (the start of the flashing), turn the key off instantly.
3. Count to 5 (1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi . . . .)
4. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times until you have done the cycle three times.
5. Now turn the key on and watch the light. It will start blinking in a different, slower manner. This is diagnostic mode. You can watch this for a little while, no hurry.
6. Now turn the key off again, Count to 5 like in step 3 again, and turn back on. If the procedure worked, the airbag light will not be flashing.
Opinion is that most times when lights such as the SRS lamp flash, it's because of a low voltage signal so clearing it seems to work.

I just picked up a very tidy HR a couple of months back love it. damn your giving that abuse. tbh the engine appears to be very good on juice I'm getting upwards of 28-30+mpg daily. it could be because of the newer 07 engine. great videos enjoying watching. The tax is cheaper pre 2006.

I get 24 mpg in a 370z

About £600 a year
