Yo, Bart's right, even being cuffed in the back of a cop car sucks. I remember my wrists were bruised with ripped skin, and I'm Bart's size but with David's height, So I was hella cramped and in pain.
Markalepsy Taco True shit. I had to be detained twice (once for 2 hours) while cops were investigating a crime near my house, and when the let me go I was in severe pain, and all they said was "OK your free to go".
How dare someone fight for a better life when mine was worse :(( thats half of these comments. Funny how everyone is screaming how it's "not that bad" just because you've been through worse. How does that set the standard though? Do standards not evolve? A lot of unconstitutional things happen in this country (and others) but it does not mean its okay. I grew up in an abusive household and I love my parents but does that mean it was okay? No. Some kids miss consecutive meals because of extreme poverty while another might be able to have just dinner everyday. Just cause one is more extreme, is that okay? Two of my siblings have ADHD and they got beat the shit out of them and trust me, ADHD is still there!! Restricting a kid with ADHD makes it harder for them to process things. You guys try to justify the weirdest things.
MeDaniel In like 4-5th grade this dude was talking about my mom and I took my pencil and stabbed it thru this kids ear and his ear started bleeding so ehhh I don’t doubt it 😂 Ps I’m a good person
Personally I dont have a problem with them cuffing the kid, but I dont agree with how and where they cuffed him. Now idk if sitting him down and cuffing his ankles would be any better, but Im pretty sure the cop had enough time to find a better solution.
Well she's been talking about how Isaac has recently been running into trouble at school and had been dealing with anger issues. Also, her son was the same age as this kid so she can really relate to this. Bart and Geo's kid is too young for them to truly relate to it yet.
Geo’s logic on how to control the kid. Use stuff animals and bop them back. Ok thats where u just imagine a world of colorful rainbows and raining skittles😂 Stop😂🤦🏻♂️
When Bart was talking about how Taika might be violent/crazy like he was the look on Geo's face killed me. It looked like she was thinking "How the hell am I suppost to handle a kid like that?".
MyTTri no he's not. Why the fuck does everybody call ADHD kids "children with special needs" he's still fuckin human. If he has "special needs then you are a 93 year old grandma. I know damn fuckin well you aren't a grandma.
You guy's talking like this kid is actually bad. Tiff said he had ADHD so him swinging around should already be subdued, but you can arrest someone from behind by the wrist. Unless that kid is a demon and can contortion his way out of that he would be apprehended. Just try and pull your arms back to how they arrested him. It doesn't feel great I don't think it matters if you an adult or child that looks painful and he was like that for 14 minutes. Yeah, in this case I say they were in the wrong and the parents have every right to be pissed offl. Even if the kid wasn't like that and just being a little shit you can still handcuff him at the wrist. People really need to stop and think before they do shit. I bet now in hindsight he see's what he did is wrong, but he needed that realization at the time of the incident.
As a teacher or officer I would evacuate the room and wait for the kid to tear up the room until he calms down. Adults are not supposed to touch children. If the kid gets hurt that's on the parents, unless they are trying to harm themselves or others. Of course if that was my kid I would handle it completely different.
celeste_magix yes restraining him in the classroom in front of everyone was making the situation worse. There was many ways they could have handled this without handcuffs
No their logic is usually good just they clown around a lot and throw in random bs on purpose as a joke, viewers dont get that its just a joke and Tiff and Geo just go based off how they feel. As if that means anything.
No what the cop did was wrong. Tiff mentioned earlier about the kid having adhd. No matter what you do the kid will not stop being rowdy because he has a condition. Doesnt the school know this? Im sure the school was made aware about it. Even if this kid was wielding a knife or something, theres grown ups, hes a small kid. There are other ways not this. Its a kid, a kid with adhd too. Jk news pls, pay close attention to he news before saying everything else pls, love you guys.
i feel bad for tiffany having to listen to these idiots justify the institutional ASSAULT of a child. in general it has to suck for her being largely the only person in this friend group who understands that it's okay to strive to be/do better than their parents did to them. the world is constantly changing and society evolves to know better so it's not okay to just routinely trot out the "well my parents did worse to me, this happened to me when i was a shitty kid and i'm okay now!" argument that everybody @ jk loves. tiff has obviously worked hard to find more humane and evolved ways to raise her son so it must be torture for her to be the only person in this room who actually HAS A KID and still must listen to people she loves talk about how if this happened to her son they'd theoretically be cool with it. it's not okay for grown ass adults to hurt children. how fucking hard is that for americans to understand?????
ADHD is not an excuse for being a bad child. I have a kid who was going crazy throwing crap at children that we needed a lockdown and he was 8 too. I wish we had a cop to do that because he was endangering everyone for the sake of his enjoyment. It’s how parents raise those who have adhd. It’s hard but they can still be great kids. ADHD or not.
I think the only reason people are annoyed is that the kid has adhd he doesn’t choose to act that way, the cop was saying that he chose to act that way he didn’t. If the kid has adhd he isn’t responsible for his actions
They forgot he had ADHD, obviously the kid would have behavior and mental issues. Handcuffing him above the elbow was too far, but if it was just like normal handcuffed by the wrists I'd be able to understand. Can't blame this kid for his mental issues which causes him to act up.
I'm sorry but what does ADHD have to do with a kid supposedly swinging at someone? There are meds for ADHD too to prevent kids from being hyper and disruptive.
ManJova That logic makes zero sense, it would be like blaming a blind kid for bumbing into something, they have the sticks for a reason right? Although you never see anyone getting pissed at them for bumping into them because they understand.
Maybe Le Morning Wood but he isn't blind. Blindness is a lot more severe and life changing than ADHD. ADHD doesn't excuse violence since he knows he is doing wrong.

And if the police DOES feel like he has grounds to claim assault of an officer, he should have named the laws he broke and read the kid his Miranda rights. The policeman is breaking several laws and even amednments... what he seems to be doing is having a power trip.
i get that jk is talking through their own experiences but they really fail to understand logically from other perspectives in why this may not be okay. they are honestly some of the most open minded people, while still being very close minded lol.
For me personally, i think the above the elbow cuffing was too brutal. As someone who has fucked up joints since a little kid, that looked way too uncomfortable, bordering on torture for a child.
Its not just about the fact that this kid got handcuffed, its also about the school and the parents and the police officers not thinking about the fact that the kid does not have the right accomodation for adhd. Schools and parents are not educated enough for kids with adhd. There are many ways to handle those situation before getting to that point. That is what sucks about this.
I don’t care if the kid had “special needs” “adhd” or whoever you want to call it, if the kid is a danger to the people around him. Restrain him. Above the elbow on the other hand is different. So in summary, yes to cuffs, no to the location of the cuffs.
The child had a mental health issue and the strength of a child of that damn age isn’t compared to that man. Plain and simple place the child in the car and call the parents. Simple. the handcuffs don’t have to be above his elbows period. They saying they can see the officers side in doing it is ridiculous. with tiff on this 100%
Yet if you leave the child in the car, you risk the fact of the child doing something drastic and harming themselves way more than the handcuffs ever could, yes he has adhd, but you still have to hold him accountable for his actions. He’s not that mentally incoherent
When I was a kid me and a few other children were playing a bit rough and ended up accidentally hitting one of the girls. When the teacher caught us we got the crap beat out of us with a big ass stick then force to kneel down on the rocky ground under the sun. Some of the concern parents told my mother. She came, look at me, talk to the teachers and then came running toward me with a bigger stick yelling "I didnt teach you to hit a woman". I ran like hell. I havent lay a hand on any woman since. Thanks mom you are the best.
I have a son and honestly if he swung at anyone, especially an officer, I _definitely_ would *not* mind him being handcuffed. I'd bet my life people had told him to stop and he didn't give a fuck. I know hes heard not to hit at least a couple times in his life yet clearly has no reguard for other people and he needs to learn its not okay. If he swung on an officer outside of school he could've gone to juvie. Idk man if I were his mom I'd be thanking him honestly but maybe that's just me.
It's fucking illegal for a police officer to discipline a child. He is only there to make sure the kid doesn't hurt anybody else and hold the kid until the parents arrive.
Anyone also remember that Tiff said the boy had ADHD? She mentioned it in the start and it wasn't mentioned again throughout the video; they mentioned how he was swinging his arms, etc, but didn't seem to care the boy had ADHD which was a contributor to how he acted.
When I was 8 months pregnant, my son was 3, he didn’t want to walk to the car from my dr Appt. So he threw himself in the ground and starting screaming “mommy you’re hurting me” & I wasn’t even touching him. There was a military SF there & I started bawling my eyes out bc the guy came over & asked my son if he was okay & if he needed help. I had to explain that he didn’t want to walk & I couldn’t carry him bc of Dr orders & the dude followed me all the way to my car to make sure I didn’t hurt my son. I sat in my car for 15 mins & sobbed. Did I mention it was pouring down rain?
I always believe in removing the problem. I would tell the parents to pick him up and be ready to pick him up everyday. If he cant behave no warnings just straight suspensions. With them having the responsibility of teaching him what he was suppose to learn at school that day.
Coming from someone that works in mental health, this was completely inappropriate. Unfortunately, law enforcement aren't trained enough on the subject of mental health, but seeing this video lets me know that neither were the school staff. ADHD is a common MH disorder that people most commonly associate with fidgeting, squirming, talkative, poor impulsive behavior, etc. While this is true, temper tantrums, anger, poor social skills, etc. also happen especially if there's a cooccuring disorder like oppositional defiant disorder or conduct disorder. Long story short, he didn't learn anything. Everything the cop said went in one ear and out the other. If he wanted to teach him something while deescalating the situation, go outside away from everyone, walk, paint, whatever you need as a distraction other than him focusing on the pain of being handcuffed. Primary treatment for kids with ADHD is coping and social skills....so teach him by modeling.
The kid had ADHD... I’m training as an educator and you learn ways to deal with SEN kids... if they’re in a mainstream school you should know how to deal with them and have special training. You should never call the cops on a kid with ADHD, Autism or any other SEN condition. Judging by the fact there are 2 kids with ADHD they might be in a non-mainstream school so teachers are taught, trained and are prepared to restrain a kid kicking off, as well as knowing what triggers the kid so they don’t kick off. Even if they were just being a little shit, I’d call my seniors to help deal with it and try to defuse the situation, then call the parents. If it was a high schooler with a knife, that’s s different story but how much damage can an 8 year old flailing their arms do to me, a fully grown adult...
If you can pull his arms behind his back like that without forcing them too much, I don't think the kid was hurting. Unless he had injuries, or you handcuffed him for too long. Personally, I wouldn't do that to a little kid (I would be more patient to him), but I don't blame the cop for did that either. The parents were just being protective, but sensitive. Whenever they sue the cities, it all came out of your pocket. Americans love suing for that. This remind me of corporal punishment, which is banned in America. I think that is where the child constitution that they was talking about came from.
I disagree with Bart . Handcuffs are uncomfortable but they’re not suppose to actually “hurt” you. It’s suppose to just restrain . There’s a difference .
I think the biggest problem was that the kid had ADHD and that was just completely overlooked, like I get it if he is behaving badly he should be punished but there are times where kids with ADHD can't help it, also the cop's mistake was really bad even if he didn't want to hurt the kid he did, he seems like a good cop who just didn't think everything through!
Its hard to believe david's story, It takes a bit force for a pencil to go through flesh, THROUGH not puncture(cheeks are thicker then you think). The kid will also have to have his jaw open so the pencil doesn't immediately get stopped by the teeth. That being said there is only a small window of gap between the teeth that's big enough for a pencil to go through the cheek (try poking the side of your cheek with your finger). So not only will the pencil have to be sharp enough to breech, but also david would have had to be extremely accurate and with enough force to pierce the pencil through the kids cheek. VERDICT DAVID IS BSING.
I don't want anyone disciplining my child unless he/she endangered someone. If it's nothing like that then let him go, call me, and I'll deal with it when I get home. While there was a camera during this incident, there's not always cameras around and that can cause a bunch of issues.
I love how people freak out over a officer being super polite an trying to calm the kid down whilst teaching him a lesson. But when it was a black student using their cell phone in class and refusing to leave (while being polite) cop comes in, flips her out of the desk and drags her away. No one says anything and the story gets little coverage
He might have been saying it hurts because he was trying to forcefully move his arms back by breaking the cuffs lol. It might be uncomfortable but I doubt the cuffs caused him to be in pain. Yes, it wasn't a good thing for the cop to do but even if he grabbed his arms, the kid would still say it hurts because he would instinctively try to free his arms from the hold. Anything he did would have caused people to be angry because that's how Americans are today. And kids know a lot about exaggerating.
I know it look bad but kids with add or add or odd can be violent to others or themselves and restraint is necessary at times for protection he's sounds like he's crying because he has to be restrained more than he is actually being hurt. Remember kids can make things seem worse than they really are. I have a child with and and odd and had this happened I would have spanked her but. So I commend the officer. I think people need to stop bubble wrapping children it's making them become too spoiled and not being responsible for their own actions.
Okay NO!!! It is under no circumstances okay to handcuff a third grader and especially not one who has ADHD and cannot control their hyperness/behavior. I would know I was diagnosed at age 5. The fact that the cop kept saying the kid was doing this behavior on purpose makes me livid. For a kid with ADHD especially one who is this young to sit still is very hard. It actually helps their concentration and behavior MORE if they are able to move while they work.
Hannah Wurthmann lol wait you realize that adhd doesn't mean you just fight police officer it just mean you want attention it's not a mental disorder I have it and your knviously from the north talking about under no circumstances should you do it to a child it was to scare him
Hannah Wurthmann I understand not handcuffing above the elbows. But not handcuffing at all? You should be able to, if necessary, handcuff a kid when the situation comes.
Hannah Wurthmann but he was supposedly swinging at the cop and at the teacher. I don't think it matters that he has ADHD, I have a bunch of friends with ADHD and they don't behave like that cause they were taught not to do shit like that, it shouldn't be a pass to behave that way, he has to be disciplined.. Tho handcuffs are a bit too much especially if you do it like that it looked like his shoulders were about to dislocate.
Soggy Biscuits no it doesn't mean you want attention, it means you can't focus or pay attention to one thing. I was diagnosed with it as well but there was actual trouble maker kids and a lot of kids who had adhd as well where not one of them
I'm pretty sure the cuffs were so high because if they were on his wrists they'd fall off or at least be barely restraining him.. Sort of what Gina said.
Tiff did not like David, Joe and Bart's opinion at all lol
Astro Jay triggany
i think she doesn't most of the time but i guess its oke i guess.
After everyone sided with the cop she changed her mind. Not sure why, she should have stayed her ground. but I also side with the cop on this one.
tiff is just too serious inside
Dude Wazap cuz the rest made reasonable points, wtf are u do if the kid won't calm down. Holding him still probably won't be good on the cop either.
I don't have a problem with the handcuffs but above the elbow like owww.
i mean his wrist were so small and it wouldn't hurt if u did that at that age plus hes swinging at him
Unikorn 123 :D He’s fucking 8 it wouldn’t hurt if he was swinging at the cop yeah it’s not right but he was making it worse with his approach
I find it funny that 1 teacher and 2 cops can't handle a 8 year old without handcuffing him xD
Moris that's how you have to do it, though
Brittaney C. So an 8 year old stabbing you with a pencil wouldn't hurt? Wouldn't take an eye out?
"I can break these cuffs" - kid
"You cant break those cuffs" - officer
"AHHHHH" - kid
lol I guess you can say that officers had everything on lock.
relief cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeseeeeee 🧀
Fuck
Who would win? Knife boi or aids boi
The Shpee what about raw hot dog boi???😂
Sahne Teebeutel Exactly, he's trained his dodging skills because he thinks the knife has aids
King GodFlow Knife boi has trained in the art of the knife and can cut a Capri sun mid air.
Knife boi
knife boi duh
Yo, Bart's right, even being cuffed in the back of a cop car sucks. I remember my wrists were bruised with ripped skin, and I'm Bart's size but with David's height, So I was hella cramped and in pain.
Well you deserve it and Bart, handcuffing isn’t suppose to be nice and easy on you for doing crime and breaking laws.
Markalepsy Taco
True shit. I had to be detained twice (once for 2 hours) while cops were investigating a crime near my house, and when the let me go I was in severe pain, and all they said was "OK your free to go".

David telling the same story for the 100,000 time
Ray Tv he probably forgets that he already said em
don’t forget the new viewers. also it’s relevant to the topic
At least he has friends that he can tell them to
I swear didn’t he stab someone in the shoulder
he didn't it was in the cheek lmfao
Here you go again David and his pencil stabbing story.
i think he's lying.
David's new name the pencil stabbing boy. Lol
David and Gina both make up stories
MeDaniel In like 4-5th grade this dude was talking about my mom and I took my pencil and stabbed it thru this kids ear and his ear started bleeding so ehhh I don’t doubt it 😂 Ps I’m a good person
Danny400ss i dont think hes lying its just exaggerated

Yeah. Honestly I would've cuffed one hand and the other cuff to a pole or something
I think it was because he was swinging and trying to hit them
Does no one cuff people the norman humane way lol . People acting like the cuff placement was normal. It would be like him cuffing his damn thighs
Tiff looked really triggered
The ending of the last vid too lol
How dare she have an opinion!
/s
Well she is a mother, she wouldn't want police to handle her kid like that.
Well she's been talking about how Isaac has recently been running into trouble at school and had been dealing with anger issues. Also, her son was the same age as this kid so she can really relate to this. Bart and Geo's kid is too young for them to truly relate to it yet.
lol Bart's only saying that cause taika's so small right now if this actually happened and his kid had ADHD hes drop kicking that cop for sure
Did everyone forget that he had adhd? They could of controlled it differently
What happened to contacting the parents? I would be pissed if that was my child and I wasn't notified
Rachael Vaughan yeah, let's all wait until the parents come, let the kid hurt us and other kids because poor baby.
phyro that's what they did at my school....
Geo’s logic on how to control the kid.
Use stuff animals and bop them back.
Ok thats where u just imagine a world of colorful rainbows and raining skittles😂
Stop😂🤦🏻♂️
When Bart was talking about how Taika might be violent/crazy like he was the look on Geo's face killed me. It looked like she was thinking "How the hell am I suppost to handle a kid like that?".
The kid had ADHD tho...
so?
Unikorn 123 :D he’s special need
Unikorn 123 :D no you dumb ass it makes you special needs
MyTTri no he's not. Why the fuck does everybody call ADHD kids "children with special needs" he's still fuckin human. If he has "special needs then you are a 93 year old grandma. I know damn fuckin well you aren't a grandma.
Blackfeather 22 no he's not. Special needs are kids with autism.
Tiffany was trigggggggggggered in this video
She's so close minded
Cop that handcuff wrong, gets constitutional involvement. Cop killed a black kid, gets paid leave? Seem legit
You guy's talking like this kid is actually bad. Tiff said he had ADHD so him swinging around should already be subdued, but you can arrest someone from behind by the wrist. Snow Anaya k gl with that
ADHD, Mesothelioma, Aspergers; I don't care what he has. All children can catch these hands.
I mean his hands are small so he could slip out and won't teach him anything if he just escapes
I don't think cops carry baby sized handcuffs
True
Jonnysan so in other words the cop was bribing the kid?
As a teacher or officer I would evacuate the room and wait for the kid to tear up the room until he calms down. Adults are not supposed to touch children. If the kid gets hurt that's on the parents, unless they are trying to harm themselves or others. Of course if that was my kid I would handle it completely different.
MsLovelyVNess Yep. Teacher here. If he's hurting himself, the school should also jave a response team of teacher/staff trained for child restraining.
celeste_magix yes restraining him in the classroom in front of everyone was making the situation worse. There was many ways they could have handled this without handcuffs
usually the guy's logic is crazy but i agree with them on this video.
No their logic is usually good just they clown around a lot and throw in random bs on purpose as a joke, viewers dont get that its just a joke and Tiff and Geo just go based off how they feel. As if that means anything.
i made a gun looking thing by taping 2 pencils together and threw it away, almost got expelled when they found it in the trash
The beginning tho 😂
david's jokes always crack me up 😂
Ryan and Sean will always be my favorite editors!

tiff has obviously worked hard to find more humane and evolved ways to raise her son so it must be torture for her to be the only person in this room who actually HAS A KID and still must listen to people she loves talk about how if this happened to her son they'd theoretically be cool with it.
it's not okay for grown ass adults to hurt children. how fucking hard is that for americans to understand?????
I TURNED MYSELF INTO A PICKLE MORTY
I'M PICKLE RIIIIIIIIIIIIICK
David: DID I TELL YOU GUYS I STABBED A KID WITH A PENCIL??!!😂😂
ADHD is not an excuse for being a bad child. I have a kid who was going crazy throwing crap at children that we needed a lockdown and he was 8 too. I wish we had a cop to do that because he was endangering everyone for the sake of his enjoyment. It’s how parents raise those who have adhd. It’s hard but they can still be great kids. ADHD or not.

Haylee don't know unless you try right? Some may be fine with the meds but maybe they did try.
Speaking from Canada Tiffany, yes Fruitopia does exists for anywhere that doesn't seem to obtain it.
YO, I literally just walked by this little girl, didn't even touch her and she screamed, "OW!!"
David reminds me of my old geography teacher from years ago who would always make up these crazy ass stories lmao
I WISH THEY DID A COMPILATION OF DIAVID'S STORIES, SO HE CAN SEE HOW MUCH TIMES HE SAYS IT.
Haha, Isaac sounds like such a cheeky punk!
That position they cuffed him in is actual very painful, and his arms are actually going to cramp in pain

That edit in the beginning is awesome lol
I’ve been binge watching all your videos ❤️
"I should hit you! " 😂😂😂

jesus he totally could’ve hurt himself trying to pull those cuffs apart though
But the kid has ADHD so the officer and teacher should of reacted a different way and plus you don't know how severe the ADHD is
Sounds like they need giant elastic velcro straps to use against kids.
Davids really been milking that stabbing story
Couple years now
I love dramatic Joe lmao xD
If you need police to handle an 8 year old, you don't need to be in charge of an 8 year old
I don’t care if the kid had “special needs” “adhd” or whoever you want to call it, if the kid is a danger to the people around him. Restrain him. Above the elbow on the other hand is different. So in summary, yes to cuffs, no to the location of the cuffs.
Lol, Geo, bop em with stuffed animals xD! Nah, I agree with Bart. Lol, kids know how to fake cry, Isaac hahaha

I would resent cops more if this happened to me and I was at that age.
Missed a perfect opportunity for "I can break these cuffs" meme.
*LMAO I **_love_** it when editors add in their own shit* 😂
honestly the gem is at the end where they talk about how isaac pretended tiff was abusive
OMFG i was just getting anxiety watching that kid handcuffed like that and he was like that for 15 fucking min? Damn poor dude feel really bad.
It’s awful how they try to justify it.
well if they're out of control and swinging at everything what are you supposed to do? you can't tie 'em up
I have a son and honestly if he swung at anyone, especially an officer, I _definitely_ would *not* mind him being handcuffed.
Handcuffs are made for adults so the kids wrists are probably too small, thats why they cuffed his arm.
Did I mention it was pouring down rain?
i remember someone in 3rd grade who sneezed & farted at the same time
oh david i stabbed a guy in the eye with a pencil...lmao we were awful children
Kneeling on rice grains?! They used Rocksalt for us.
People are so sensitive.
I remember a girl at my school who brought her mom's strap-on. Her dad looked MORTIFIED!!
Always expecting Bart or David mention the giant samoans lmao haha just makes me proud to be samoan
David always finds a way to bring up that pencil stabbing story....
We don't even handcuff criminals with their hands behind their back, their wrists are in front of them. Unless they're resisting arrest I think
Geo has no clue about the real world.
In my college days I probably woulda arrested a kid too. In my college days
Now that kid is going to continue being disruptive and has learned nothing. ADHD or not you’re not supposed to hit people. 😂
I was diagnosed with it as well but there was actual trouble maker kids and a lot of kids who had adhd as well where not one of them
But he fucking was swinging at the teacher....I guess geo’s logic works with you perfectly huh?..
Like if you just love the off topic stories in the videos😂😂
Is just me, or does anybody just want to take that kangaroo doll and keep it forever
Do you guys have a website?
The kid had a disability, and that is not the right way to handle a kid with a disability. 😡😡😡
I'm pretty sure the cuffs were so high because if they were on his wrists they'd fall off or at least be barely restraining him.. Sort of what Gina said.
Give the editor a raise
Cops can’t even handle 8 year olds these days 😂
If this was Tiff's kid would it be the Binding of Isaac?
