Awesome advice on worker(s) management, Fred. Very insightful presentation, Bro. Congratulations with all the successes with your project(s). Keep it up and Cheers.
Watching from Uganda….loving this knowing that one of the biggest challenge I face at my farm is labor turnover. The youth don’t want to work….Best I have thought about is to invest in technology to reduce on manual Labour. Workers can disappoint 🙌🏾🙌🏾
The man who is allergic to keeping good things to himself, has done it again, thank you Fred. I have a Fulani, very good guy but now redundant, cos I've sold off my cattles, the land around have been sold to estate developers, and moved to the Eastern region to do piggery, his religion does not support pig farming, so I got some guys from the vicinity, guys, I've regretted, now I'm into goats and rabbits, I'm there 24/7, I've learnt my lesson big time
Hi Fred, my name is Abdul Majid Kakaye I am watching you from the US. In fact I watch your videos every single day, and I share it with all my friends. You are doing a terrific job. May Allah continues to bless you, that all I have to say.
Watching you from the northern part of Ghana, precisely Kusanaba in the Bawku west district in the upper east region, your videos is putting me on my agenda
My name is Abukari Mohammed watching you from Taifa, Accra. What a great information Fred. I have some cattle up northern region and faced similar situation before. Herdsmen can just get up in the morning and tell you that there are going away, leaving you in a very tight and difficult situation. Apparently, they were not comfortable staying in the same house with me as their Boss. I therefore acquired a land somewhere away from my house, put up a shelter and moved the ranch there. By so doing, the problem has stopped.
I really appreciate for many advice i get from your videos,i am from d.r.c following you from south Africa, very interested in farming back home. Thank you so much
