Ahh yes, one of the three correct ways to play Highfleet, those being: 1. Carrier group with tons of missile and jets that kill every Strike Group from the other side of the map. 2. Lightning that solos everything by subjecting its crew to enough G's to reduce them to paste. 3. HUGE SLAB OF ARMOR AND GUNS THAT WILL FIGHT EVERYONE AT ONCE.
I can usually handle with a carrier group and some light attack craft... Right up until the endgame when the rebel governor asks me to meet him. Then suddenly I'm staring a couple of cruisers in the face...
@@Archris17 You can talk to the governor and make him join your side just need to hit the right text cards he comes with his ship as well. I do that every time i come to the point of meeting him.
Ah yes. The fancy brick. The aesthetic take on the peak of highfleet OP ship design: A big f^ck off block of armor and guns While we may have min-max’d every other role in the game, it’s really hard to beat the highfleet equivalent of an unga bunga club to beat SGs over the head with
Not even joking, next to what I made this thing would've been eaten alive. I based it on a blimb, and it was so big that I had to copy paste sections of it because it lagged like hell to put individual pieces, one full barrage obliterated practically everything, but it was impracticable as you can imagine, guzzling gallons upon gallons per mile, but when you landed it, it would look like a freaking eldritch monster in the background.
I wonder, if there will be star fortresses soon just like historical one to protect the inner stuff of the ship? The spikes outside the castle are making it look similar to them
The cube would have melted firing that many guns that quickly if it didn't just cook off all the ammo and explode.... not to mention the sheer weight and force being exerted on the frame from all that ammo.
At this ship scale, and with this much point-defense fire and layered armor, yeah. I also made a mistake and ended up chain-detonating many of my own missiles in flight (wasn't familiar with how that many missiles fired back-to-back would interact before testing this thing). For the most part, the Zeniths are there because the ship was intended to be an actually scary Varyag fight replacement meant to be impossible to cheese. Zeniths make corner camping with laser shells even in high TWR ships much more difficult.
The logistics officer weeps at the mere mention of this
*insert big smoke order here, but in ammo*

Don’t know why it replied to the guy who started the thread instead of the guy who said “insert big smoke order”

Highfleet? Nah, this is a High S Q U A D
You can't get ptsd if you are the traumatic event.
German stormtroopers in WW1 would not agree with that statement.
The guy in charge of getting you all this ammunition disagrees
Well, that's pretty close to "enough dakka" concept
there is never enough dakka, thus yur statment iz FALZZZ

Why use many ship when one do trick?
That thing is metal af
The amount of incidental damage just defending itself! What a monstrosity!
emision rate:yes
It's PROBABLY gonna get a little warmer.
@@jakzine540 Nice reference :D
@@gdobrocsi I wish I was original XD Praise the Merchant's Guild!
I love how the cannonfire is really just a series of catastrophic explosions.
*BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!*
This is the highfleet version of the death star.
Imagine quartermasters face when he calculates todays expenditure 🤣
He resign on spot. 😂
@@Passerbys60 Sounds more like job security to me!
Impressive, very nice. Now let's see it land at a dock.
Too big for a dock, but:
i.imgur.com/EOlmqHd.png
2:30 HOLY SHIT
...but can it land?
It can stop mid air and has rotating engines, so it should be able to.
Lands surprisingly easily for a ship of its mass:

Bro you built a goddamn Basestar
When your CWIS can destroy enemy flagships, you know you're doing it right.
The C U B E
borg cube
Should have named it "Bumblebee", 'cause there's no way physics should allow it to fly

the sound of those large cannons \m/
Biblically accurate battleship.

Evangelion ship
*screaming geometrically*
This is somewhere in between of eye candies and eyes can't see amount of explosions.
this craft carries more ammo than there are atoms in the universe.

Big Cube Death Machine........=We are the Borg resistance is futile ................but amusing
I suggest naming these after mythical/historicl places and castles like Camelot, Asgard, Avalon, Olympus, the like
Go go gadget Second Amendment
20mm Auto cannon fire sounds so good~
These are all 57mm Vympels. I love the dakka sound on them!
Now I just want to see you land the thing LOL
ah yes, the block
comparison of size at start
Square ships always look bigger in the battle preview, and this one is as square as they get.
Enemy pull out on you everything it have
But you controlling a fucking necron monolith
The monolith
Logistic crew:😭😭😭😭
How did you get the engines inside and working?
It's probably all rotation engines, if I'm correct all of engines there is are moving
They're all D-30 on gimbals, which is murder for efficiency but does allow putting a full symmetrical armor belt around the outside.
Can it land?
Yes i.imgur.com/EOlmqHd.png
