Hey man this is the exact content I’ve been looking for. I love new world but it is very hard to find a group of people doing what you did in this video.
This is a great vid! I enjoy tanking but I also am bored with sns. I actually have been super enjoying a flail paladin build, I would love to see you make a build for that! I knows it's not the most meta, but like you said, we play to have fun lol.
@@TheRandompot yeah truthfully I rushed this video, but I’m glad you enjoyed it. Flail is really good in situations like ice mutations. I will get it ranked up and put it to use soon.
I am a bit disappointed that they nerfed the PVE part of the tank. Even so there were so few people who liked to tank, but now they made it even less fun. With the new GRIT change now we only block and heavy attack.. hope they will fix some of these nerfs

@@numenorean6408 haha I switch to sns on boss fights so it’s not too big of a deal in some non heavy mob clump dungeons like tarn, ennead, genesis, savage and so on.
I've been tanking with GS for over a year. Problem is that my Serenity has a runeglass, so I usually tank with the stopwatch amulet, but that 10% less dmg sucks. I wish they removed that part of it because its tied to the stunning effect. I pair it with hatchet for the AOE taunt
@BeeBopGaming my Serenity doesn't have a carnelian, that's why stopwatch. Problem with Serenity being so good over a regular GS is that its basically the best at everything, so if I want you dps with a GS, then I can't use carnelian.
Hey! me again haha. I was wondering how you felt about adding the inferno fire staff with sNs when tanking?? obviously not meta, but it scales with strength and could be a fun tank option
@@TheRandompot it could be used in everything but m3’s. Tank has to have a hammer in m3’s unless its savage divide. I’ve actually tanked m1 and M2’s with rapier/firestaff in the past. Not the best thing to do, but was making a point of how you can get away with a lot of fun builds in those two mutations. M3’s however are like playing war pvp. Only certain things work, and it’s 5x as hard as m2

@@spiritwyrmk8622 Nahhh no need to run lost stopwatch with that since you have Serenity. You should be able to hold aggro juuuuuust fine without it.
