- If I can ride a bicycle, anyone can. In this video I discuss how I went about buying a bike, the best type for someone overweight and how it won't be as awful as you may imagine.
While yapping, I'm riding around Rustington and East Preston, mostly on the quiet private roads as they're so much safer for a novice like myself.

I appreciate your nice comment, thanks for checking my channel out. I'm trying to make these videos more interesting and hope soon to be able to ride further, so I can talk about different locations. Yea the hill climbs are tough! Even the shallowest hill is very hard work for me.
@@explorewithgeoff your contents is perfectly fine. U won’t see anyone complaining out it as it is. Stick to the flats for now. Don’t rush it. Just enjoy being on the bike. Way more important than climbing hills or riding farther at the moment.
