Yes, he is also sub dps, battery (2 reso Electro + favonius), and support from natlan artifact. However, it is more optimal if there is a Hydro or other Natlan character in this team, because here I only get 12% Elemental DMG from Natlan artifacts, except when fighting Hydro Tulpa.
