In this case, you can either sit one secition of the test, if that is available, or you need to sit the whole test again.

Yes, it is, but that is VERY expensive - more than the cost of doing the whole test again. I would only recommend teh OSR for one section.

The easier something becomes, the more its novelty wears off.
Iz retake is actepping by all university across world?
Yes, it is. The certificate will NOT show that one section was retaken - the IELTS certificate will appear as the same as if it were the full test.
