Colossians 2 is about the act of eating on those days, and it's saying to only let the body make judgments in regards to these matters. It's not saying literally nobody at all can reprove you for breaking the Sabbath which is one of the 10 commandments. Listen to Peter's warning about Paul's letters in 2 Peter 3:15-17.
