Teach loves to talk and I actually like the sound of his voice XDD It reminds me a lot of Aizen who enjoyed just making conversation rather than fighting but with Teach idk it makes him an even more interesting character that he feels confident enough to say that each time. Like no matter what fruit powers you have, I have the keys to your kingdom.

Hancock's fruit is easily Top 5 most dangerous fruits in One Piece (Unless Oda gives the same excuse he gave for the Ope Ope no Mi and says that "strong Haki" blocks the effects)
Think that will apply to any hax devil fruit. but at the same time, if you're strong enough as a user of said hax fruit, it won't be negated probably?
I mean, if petrification effects require attraction, then it is only effective in hands of a very attractive person.
Let's be fair, if you have to write and draw a (sometimes) weekly series and have to juggle trying to figure out how your overpowered fruit abilities can effectively be diverted in clever and smart ways under a time crunch like that, you'd be writing ways to make that easier too. Exactly why Haki in it's many forms exist now, to ease the burden of writing for this kind of schedule and to find ways to make it so that it's not as easy as having an overpowered fruit to rule all.

What is impressive about blackbeard that none seems to mention is his grip strength and over all strength he almost broke aces neck with one punch and made boa bleed from her mouth by just griping her neck. I wonder if there is a reason for that strength?

Just notice that Hancock took down vasco shot and catarina devon with no effort. She's indeed very strong, and after timeskip warlords had have a comeback by judging from their bounties, but i think blackbeard's crewmates have been nerfed as well, probably because they will fight mugiwara very soon and they can't be overpower if oda wants make us to believe that nami or usopp can defeat them
I think it would be more accurate to say that some of Blackbeard’s crew have very specific skillsets, and those skillsets aren’t very useful against Hancock’s busted Devilfruit abilities. But imagine the chaos if Devon, with her DF allowing her to change her appearance to match other people, had gone to Wano or perhaps even to Mariejois.

Crocodile is stronger cuz he was out of shape pre skip hanging out in paradise and went into the new world with that supernova mindset with daz bones. Boa has always been pretty active, along with doflamingo and mihawk. Doflamingo would probably be a nice 4th to kaidous top guys there Jack. Usopp, Nami, and chopper aren’t dropping doflamingo, and boa is seemingly stronger. You have to remember that usopp, Nami, chopper, brook, franky, and robin are defeating 6 people in blackbeards crew.

honestly, if hancock knew about Koby's friendship with luffy, I'm not so sure she'd go easy on him or show him mercy. he and the marines invaded the island, harmed her people and destroyed the town. the seraphim caused a lot of damage, so she's within the right to do whatever she has to protect her people.
She would honestly be disgusted. She doesn't like the ppl who chase him or people like Koby who is in the Marines that would try to arrest him. She doesn't like his fanboys either(Bartolomeo). He's an emperor now, so he isn't being targeted like he used to be. Then Koby offers a solution that satisfies Boa & BB and BB leaves with his crew members back and Koby as a hostage.

Luffy may have stood a chance against Hancock with her power. But it would be over for him if Blackbeard got her power. As it would be over for all of us.

Got to say I honestly liked this better when it was off screened except for the Blackbeard vs S Snake fight. Off screen it implies that Hancock spent a while fighting the marines, Blackbeards crew, and the Seraphims while gradually turning most of them into stone and that it took a lot of effort for Blackbeard to finally manage to grab her. Here it's just "Oh man a bunch of slow moving arrows. She's just so beautiful though I don't want to look away, oh hey my buddy just got hit...Yay it's my turn next" then Blackbeard instantly ends it with a sneak attack

Fact that even Blackbeard didn't want a confrontation implies how strong she is. Remember haki can resist DF powers if the gap is wide enough. It's not that BB is weak, its that the gap in haki is not enough to be immune to her effects which makes her strong

1) He wouldn't be defeated by that alone, he is way stronger than before.
2) He would have defeated Boa due to the Seraphims which Boa can't beat.
3) BB saving him wasn't that unintentional; BB owes a favour to Koby and somewhat rates him.
BB wouldn't go out of his way to save koby, but it was mix of it being the right moment and the person that Boa was attacking isn't nameless fodder for BB.

Not gonna lie, this was a disappointing fight. I was hoping Hancock would get to show off her skill with Haoshoku Haki before Blackbeard defeated her, but she got straight washed. Shame on Oda for not giving one of his strongest female story characters the chance to show off her skill
