Its been brought up on reddit and discord. Apparently the devs might know its a problem. But because no one realizes its a issue its not getting much traction.
I’m VERY interested in the Luna rework, really hoping for the best. And the Deathstalker stuffs isn’t because it’s too difficult to shoot the weakspots, it’s because they’re a pain to grapple.
I really hope they keep the mini game though, it’s such a fun idea but yea the juice is not worth the squeeze with her, I don’t think she needs a buff, she just needs to be more reliable with applying buffs

I think the body proportion issue really just shone a light on how cheaply some of these skins are made. Throwing a design onto your "default female skeleton" and the copy pasting it onto several characters while also charging for each separately isn't the kind of thing you want to be known for so if that's a gooner issue I'm standing with them on this one. Otherwise the only thing you're really paying for is which head model you want to be using on your copy paste skin mesh
Very true. The value proposition for purchased skins goes down if it feels like reused or lazy assets. It's hard to make an argument why a character-exclusive skin like the new Hailey or the Viessa swimsuit that can't be used by anyone but that descendant having another character's body.
And it’s not just the females the dudes too all have the same body, like Ajax and Kyle 2 huge guys was so disappointed seeing there summer skins and how skinny they were, if your gonna make a character with said body shape I expect them to keep that shape it’s not hard to understand consistency especially when the skins are so expensive. Hailey being so thick is a big reason she’s so popular it’s wiled that the devs were trying to change her shape like they ruined viessa, I refuse to believe that they were that clueless about giving these characters different bodies they were just trying to cut corners then everyone gets mad extremely justified

I think a good rework for Luna is just noise surge and nimble steps base kit with the ally buffing effects and the bonus move speed to have the team keep up with Bunny in dungeons.
They have mentioned in a previous discussion that Viessa will not be forgotten regarding upcoming buffs/reworks. They are also planning to make it easier to keep up with bunny.

It's like when you get to hard mode, you basically gotta be carried in all the intercepts battles, even in the first one (Executioner), until you build a useful general rounds weapon, which can take several days of grinding. After two weeks on hard mode, I'm finally at a point where I can hold my own and even carry in some of the first encounters, but I still got a looong way to go...
Agreed I watch a hoard of monsters coming and can't shoot nothing kuz I'm waiting for a beat to hit ... whoever thought that was ok to release like that should have been fired

Why are people so stressed out about skins? I'd rather they focus on the content and gameplay. I don't care if my Bunny has a slightly smaller rack on a specific skin.
Also, this is true for many games. The glutes on certain Helldivers 2 skins suddenly become twice bigger or smaller without changing the body. I assume this is just cheap production due to them being lazy with character morphs.
It honestly does bother me that character models are inconsistent. Not just for females, but for males too. Esimo changes Mass depending on his skins where it would be great if Esimo was jacked in every skin. Ajax should be jacked, too. Outside of his armor, he looks small. But yeah, it's really weird that Hailey and Bunny have different bust sizes depending on their outfits. Just make a consistent model.
Will the companions have their own inventory or do we share inventory? Will there be collision? 4 descendants and 4 companions running through corridors or fighting a boss sounds like a mess! Would love to know more about this mechanic. It is already a drag running into fellow descendants. Will the companions draw aggro?
Considering that it seems they are mostly for looting I doubt they will draw agro as of now but yea I didn't think of collision, I dont think they would but if they did it will probably be patched out due to player complaints

Ults were always a money grab. It's the same with prime warframes. This is a pve game. You never needed an ult character. I have 2 ult and I don't even use them. Ults would only matter if they were different versions of the character with a shifting of the characters' abilities. Like if a sigma version of Hailey took away her sniper and gave her a shotgun instead.
They need to put bunny and frayna into the separate AFK queue to facilitate AFK gameplay. Creating characters that heavily incentivize AFK gameplay and then refusing to fix them only to then punish the people who do nothing because there’s nothing to do is a monumentally stupid thing to do. If you don’t want people going, AFK give them something to do and if they don’t have anything to do then that is a problem with your game design something has gone fundamentally wrong when people would rather not play your game actively
The Ajax and bunny leveling skins looked cool so I wonder if they’ll take another look at the valby skin because I’m not sure what’s the difference in forms currently

I'm really liking the way the team develops their game, listening to their community and giving them more or less what the community wants or at least entertaining their ideas shows that they care about the success of the game and the longevity.
Luna is way too over complicated with little to no pay off. All I see her used for is buffing characters that are already strong without her. The fact that she’s forced to have her special weapon out to do anything makes it worse. Even IF her weapon didn’t shoot pillows why would people play a character whose base kit is only good solely based around who she plays with. I feel like they completely missed the mark with her design.

Exactly they new dungeon mechanics so those two just don't blast through everything make the game boring. We need to enjoy play slow take cover and shoot. Instead of AOE everything
What I like to see for Luna changes: ~ Ability 1 and Passive remade completely. Abilities 2, 3, and 4 adjusted barely to go with the new passive, but functionally do the same thing (damage buff, mp recovery, and cd refunding). ~ Completely remove the need to play a rhythm game to play her. ~ New ability 1 is just a heal on initial cast and healing regen for those in the circle. ~ New passive plays into some type of music / rhythm gameplay for her abilities, but I don't know exactly what to do with this. What I like to see for Jayber changes: ~ Damage turret and Healing turret are now infinite duration, can have 3 of each summoned at a time, and they only disappear when they either are destroyed or a 4th turret is constructed. ~ Repair gun is removed and is replaced with a new ability that is another turret of some kind which follows the new turret rules of 3 can be summoned at a time and only disappears when destroyed or a 4th turret is summoned. Jayber can have 9 turrets active, in total, from his abilities 1, 2, and 3 - 12 turrets with King's Guard Lance. ~ New passive would be repairing his turrets when Jayber is near that turret. Possibly turrets attack faster when he is attacking with his weapon as well and/or weapon fire marks enemies causing his turrets to deal more damage against marked enemies.
I love the huge improvements coming to the First Descendant, specially the customization options, the Pets, (I LOVE DOGS 🐶) the jiggle phisics. However I wont stop. We need a PHOTO MODE ASAP. A good one like Cyberpunk 2077 photo mode. And We need different dog breeds, I want Huskies (i know they aren't good for training, they dont pay attention, they're stubborn and dont listen to you) I want Giant Schnauzers, Border Collies and Chihuahuas. The reason is that I have dogs of all those breeds and I want to use them on TFD, not only german shepherds. Other breeds like Golden Retriever, San Bernardo, Yorkies, Doberman are welcome too. AND We need a CUSTOMIZABLE apartament for each one of our Descendants and our pets that reflects the interests / background of our Descendants for example Lunas apartament can have a drum set a keyboard etc, Gleys apartment can have her daughters stuff etc. We can purchase the furniture and decoration stuff from ETA-0. The apartament has to have a TV set (where we can sit, eat popcorn and watch the cinematics we've unlocked, and game trailers) an photo álbum (where we can see our "store photos" and also other players photo álbums and rate their photos, we can also "favorite" other players photos, we can run photo contests and earn prices, for rating and of course winning) and finally a Record Player (where we can listen to Lunas radio station, where shes the Dj and plays music, the devs can make a contest with the community to create this radio station, similar to what Cyberpunk 2077 did with Phantom Liberty radio station). Oh and also a have a "PC" to chat with your friends, find and join clubs or clans, upload builds, get the rewards, see hotfixes, updates, ANSWER SURVEYS, etc. I also want The First Descendant to team with McFarlane Toys so we can get TFD toys. Thats all I want.

luna was a bit to much micro management for me so i never played her other then for the master points

Finally there reworking Luna!!
I'm really liking the way the team develops their game, listening to their community and giving them more or less what the community wants or at least entertaining their ideas shows that they care about the success of the game and the longevity.
Luna is way too over complicated with little to no pay off. All I see her used for is buffing characters that are already strong without her. The fact that she’s forced to have her special weapon out to do anything makes it worse. Even IF her weapon didn’t shoot pillows why would people play a character whose base kit is only good solely based around who she plays with. I feel like they completely missed the mark with her design.

They really, really need new areas and/or planets like Warframe as an example. Same ol areas are getting boring.

What I like to see for Luna changes:
~ Ability 1 and Passive remade completely. Abilities 2, 3, and 4 adjusted barely to go with the new passive, but functionally do the same thing (damage buff, mp recovery, and cd refunding).
~ Completely remove the need to play a rhythm game to play her.
~ New ability 1 is just a heal on initial cast and healing regen for those in the circle.
~ New passive plays into some type of music / rhythm gameplay for her abilities, but I don't know exactly what to do with this.
What I like to see for Jayber changes:
~ Damage turret and Healing turret are now infinite duration, can have 3 of each summoned at a time, and they only disappear when they either are destroyed or a 4th turret is constructed.
~ Repair gun is removed and is replaced with a new ability that is another turret of some kind which follows the new turret rules of 3 can be summoned at a time and only disappears when destroyed or a 4th turret is summoned. Jayber can have 9 turrets active, in total, from his abilities 1, 2, and 3 - 12 turrets with King's Guard Lance.
~ New passive would be repairing his turrets when Jayber is near that turret. Possibly turrets attack faster when he is attacking with his weapon as well and/or weapon fire marks enemies causing his turrets to deal more damage against marked enemies.
I love the huge improvements coming to the First Descendant, specially the customization options, the Pets, (I LOVE DOGS 🐶) the jiggle phisics.
However I wont stop.
We need a PHOTO MODE ASAP.
A good one like Cyberpunk 2077 photo mode.

We need different dog breeds, I want Huskies (i know they aren't good for training, they dont pay attention, they're stubborn and dont listen to you) I want Giant Schnauzers, Border Collies and Chihuahuas. The reason is that I have dogs of all those breeds and I want to use them on TFD, not only german shepherds. Other breeds like Golden Retriever, San Bernardo, Yorkies, Doberman are welcome too.
AND
We need a CUSTOMIZABLE apartament for each one of our Descendants and our pets that reflects the interests / background of our Descendants for example Lunas apartament can have a drum set a keyboard etc, Gleys apartment can have her daughters stuff etc. We can purchase the furniture and decoration stuff from ETA-0. The apartament has to have a TV set (where we can sit, eat popcorn and watch the cinematics we've unlocked, and game trailers) an photo álbum (where we can see our "store photos" and also other players photo álbums and rate their photos, we can also "favorite" other players photos, we can run photo contests and earn prices, for rating and of course winning) and finally a Record Player (where we can listen to Lunas radio station, where shes the Dj and plays music, the devs can make a contest with the community to create this radio station, similar to what Cyberpunk 2077 did with Phantom Liberty radio station).
Oh and also a have a "PC" to chat with your friends, find and join clubs or clans, upload builds, get the rewards, see hotfixes, updates, ANSWER SURVEYS, etc.
I also want The First Descendant to team with McFarlane Toys so we can get TFD toys.
