" You are going to experience everything: fear, courage, laughter, sadness, hopelessness, clarity. Embrace it all but at the same time understand you have the power to overcome these things and to guide your life but understand that this guidance will also lead you to new places where you'll be lost again and this is just the flow of life. Embrace who you are and express every emotion and feeling in a positive manner" Great saying man.
Smiled and nodded whole way through this. I struggle with all the mixed emotions and thinking of who I should be. It gets so complicated alot of the times. One min I want to be a spiritual hippy living off grid, next I want to be a conquering warrior. Fear and stress is my biggest hold backs, suppose I need to let myself go more and use these as fuel. To live a more peaceful, meaningful, exciting life (of full self control). Life really is a maintenance job, gota keep sharpening and grinding, learning and growing. Love your content mate.
Chez u remind me of the native indian guy in apocalypto.proud of ur progress i will follow ur training and hopefully we can meet in the future.keep it jaguar like ur ancestors.🐆
Ever since I found this channel it’s been a gold mine of information. I first started watching your videos for the fighting advice, but I’ve since stayed for the wisdom shared in videos like these.
All we can ever do as men is give away the precious lessons we’ve learned from our lives. You can say it’s our duty. I’m honored that I was able to share some wisdom with you brother!!! Keep training hard. Keep being kind
I sometimes forget that the courage that it took for me to fight trained killers can be translated to all aspects of my life. Fear kept me sharp and dangerous. There's no reason why fear should paralyze me in the aspects of life that actually matter. The fact is, I'm more experienced at fighting than I am at spreading love and living a life I can be proud of. I've been trying to ignore the warrior within to become a better man. Now I'm thinking that was the wrong approach. Thanks for your wisdom.
Chez I have always been encouraged and inspired by your videos and your honesty. Your wonderful spirit comes through. I am a 55 year old man from Australia, a former 3 time national champion amateur boxer and I still train every day of my life. I am also a practicing Catholic and my training routine is a major part of my prayer life in helping me try to daily "fight the good fight of Faith." I don't always succeed but as you know, we must roll with the punches in life. It is great to observe a man who endeavours to take care of himself and his family in the guise of a noble warrior. Peace and Heavenly Blessings to you and your people Chez. - Mitchell
My brother, your words resonated with me and so many others. I've been feeling this exact same way and it made me think I was over emotional, like having a roller coaster of emotion. But we're all men and women, on this journey of life. Let's all continue to embrace these feelings and overcome adversity. Thank you 💪
Emotions are a natural thing of life. The sooner we accept all of our emotions, the more clarity we can gain to help ourselves and others live a harmonious life.
This is the most honest video i've ever encountered . You nailed it man , us men feel almost the same things! im turning 37 soon also feel great I don't feel like slowing down, in fact I think im pushing myself too much everyday to the point im being unproductive. yes we can be the best versions of ourselves even in older age. All the best to you bro
I’m 37 in a couple of weeks I’ve started to put work on the back burner. I still go but don’t do a lot. I work on a building site. I’ve now come to the conclusion, the money they pay me isn’t worth my time. I would much rather do a little less at work have a little less money but I’m a hell of a lot happier outside of work doing my own thing…. Training hard and being kind 😅
Another great video!! Sometimes I think about why it is that we all seem to have such mixed emotions and behaviors and why it is so hard to only act on what we hold to be the positive ones but I like how you just highlighted both the yin and the yang and accept both sides as reality and just try your best to balance it all out harmoniously but don’t deny that you (and I) get irritated sometimes and in a certain way enjoy the feeling of expressing that anger or rage. And hitting a heavy bag or lion head dancing is a great way to get out some aggression without hurting anybody and maybe even inspiring them! Great job brotha 🤜
Always appreciate you brother!!! In the end all I can do is be honest with my life and what I experience. Hopefully through my life, I can help someone see the light!!! Have a great day brother!!!
Chez, even though it seems as if you'd like to ride solo; I feel like you and I would be best friends if you lived in Canada. You ever head to the Land of the Cold, I got a drink and a smoke rolled for you.
Wow! Your philosophy is so on point. You are one of the best warrior philosophers on TH-cam.
The world is crazy these days. Chez just keep speaking that real shit

Best channel I’ve seen for a while bro. We need to go against this gym culture where all guys wanna get big, it’s a misconception and not healthy. 🫡
