You learn alot about yourself when you fatigues and exhausted and you in a position where you need to be focused. You learn pretty quick there is almost more in the tank that what you mentally feel there is, and its your trainers/coaches job to bring that side out of you. Great going kid!
@King Delevingne he has a better chance than 99% of these commenters. That doesnt mean he will become champ. It is very unlikely. Soeant mean he shouldnt try. But in reality he most likely wont.
When i was training in boxing during my teenage years my coach always telling me that there are kids whos the same age as you are train much harder than what you did today. I took his advise wrong thats why i failed to be succesful in boxing.
I would pay that trainer to push me around like he does. Because once i get him to get serious then id know i have everybody else under my foot. This the type of trainer to have, on that pushes you until you get molded into their world
Tran Kh4lee u dont know where i come from. I from a place where there are no boxing gyms and no trainers. So what i was trying to say was that he should be great full for having an amazing trainer like him
What Trainer Gae does is not just motivating that child. But it also indirectly stimulates other people in his class... For me, as someone who graduated from the field of education, I must say that Trainer Gae is a person who was truly born to be a "teacher".
You're supposed to shout the moment you impact the floor to protect your lungs. He didn't really do that until after he hit the floor. Gonna knock his air out someday -- there will be a time when he can't get up for a few minutes.
This is motivating.. I'm 24, got out of the marine corps a bit over a year ago and have been mending to some horrible lower back issues I got 2 years ago. Finally starting to feel better and going to train Mauy Thai soon. Wish I could of done it when I was younger but we had no martial art programs where I'm from 😒

so true, also when u r exhausted these kick r lame and have no power, IMO its bad thing to spam lame kicks during fights, using low kicks and hands is much more safer
This is what bjj is like for me sometimes. I believe extreme fatigue and pushing through moments of hardship every night in practice make the body stronger. The mind tougher. And overall adds hardness to a human being
