  • Welcome to my channel! This is Eric with a P, and in today's eye-opening video, we delve deep into an intriguing aspect of Singapore's real estate market. 🏙️🔍
We're exploring a unique property located in the coveted District 9, known for its prime location and desirable amenities. Despite being a dream destination for many, this property, along with others in prime areas, has seen a surprising drop in value during Singapore's recent property bull run. 📉🤔
Why is a property that seems to tick all the boxes not topping the wishlist of local families? Why are investors opting for locations further from town rather than closer? And most importantly, why has this property's value plummeted by a staggering 40%, a loss of about $1 million since its purchase in 2011? 🏡💰
Join me as we unravel the answers to these questions. We'll look into the history of foreign investments in Singapore's real estate, the government's interventions, and the changing trends among local buyers and investors. This journey will offer invaluable insights for anyone interested in property investment or seeking "under-value" deals in prime locations. 🌏💼
Don't miss out on understanding the complexities behind the fluctuating property prices in Singapore's prime districts. Whether you're a seasoned investor, a first-time buyer, or simply curious about the property market, this video is for you.

Very well made for 1st video! Though CCR price is down, but demand will still be low due to the 60% ABSD I feel. Coz exiting will be an issue :(

I live in CCR and though demand is low, I was able to move from Bukit Timah to Holland V. I appraised my condo with Homer AI by ohmyhome and I realized my house had appreciated more than I thought and Homer gave me a pretty accurate evaluation. Don't be discouraged

@@themikeygervin Bukit Timah/ River Vallye/ Holland V are blue chip locations. They are liked not only by foreigners but well-to-do local families as Top schools are nearby. As the market goes up so will these properties.
