The refrigerator width is 30 1/4 with the door closed. Depending on how far open you need to open the door it would be max of around 60 1/2 inches with the door fulling open. However, in order to get into refrigerator you really only need the 31 inches.
There are 3 options on the refrigerator, when you select the 3rd it's considered the beverage option and will keep drinks just above freezing temp. I can confirm your beverages will be the perfect temp!
