- Singer and songwriter, Trevor Hall, is our special guest. At a young age, he realized that music was more than just a passion, it was his life’s art, and at sixteen he recorded his first album. Trevor's music, a blend of roots and folk music with touches of electronic elements, is imbued with a deep love of Eastern Mysticism. This powerful symbiosis fosters a deep connectivity with his growing fan base and Trevor has become a leader of the conscious musical community. Together with his wife, Emory, they created the Where the Rivers Meet Foundation in 2020 in order to continue their humanitarian efforts in both India and Nepal.
Lee and Trevor have a wonderful conversation about the journey with his music, the honesty in his process, and how he manages his seasons of creativity. He also shares the beautiful lessons as a new dad and speaks to how amazing moms are, especially his wife. We learn how time in an ashram introduced him to the practices of yoga and meditation, influencing his life and his music, and why joy is his focus during this time. After decades spent traveling across India and Nepal, Trevor shares why they were inspired to create a foundation that could give back to those lands and people that touched and impacted their lives so immensely.

This interview blew my mind! As a 78-year-old, Trevor Hall never crossed my mind or my ears, so I had no idea what to expect. This conversation was BRILLIANT! It went far beyond any mote of pre-conceived ideas I had. The discussion is beyond music and concerts. What is more important is that this discussion is about LIFE and LOVE and JOY, and how it is all woven together with fear and doubt and blame. Trevor Hall has influenced many good things my life. His music helped get me through some darker times in my life, including my awakening. Listening to him live out in an album, he takes you to church every time in an amazing spiritual fashion. I love that you got to have him on. I loved watching him realize things kinda for the first time, inspired by a question you asked. That must have felt good. Thank you for your content. I hope to do something similar some day.

I had an ecstatic moment when I saw you were interviewing Trevor Hall!! I LOVE you both! It seems weird now to say that I am 67 yrs young and still feel like me...a lifelong truth seeker, empath, intuitive and creative! Thank you Lee for fulfilling such an important slot in the World. As a lifelong Alaskan, I drove through Canada down to the states a couple months ago...singing 'The Old Story" all the way and listening to 'Blue Sky Mind' while breathing it in and through he body...out through the fingers and toes...while driving! I really KNEW Trevor knew how to channel that Source Breathe and BE IT..and you too, Lee!! Thank you both for yourselves and your offerings to the world. My work was massage and energy work and intuitive readings for people for years...NOW, off to heal myself & discover even more messages from the oceans & forests....Thank You again, SO MUCH for the love, light, healing & guidance you both bring to the World!
Such a fantastic and beautiful interview. Chapter of the Forest came as a blessing in my life when I had severe chronic fatigue. As a mother this was very challenging time.
